I liked very much the swimming pool and the location of the place. Close to many attractions and local buses. The WIFI in the building is only very good at Swimming area and the reception area. The owner is very kind and friendly and tries to do his best. I suggest the following to make the apartment better: - The kitchen in the room needs to have new pots and pans. - A smart TV with an antenna connection. - A booster for the WIFI, as the WIFI in the room is very poor. My conclusion is if you do not speak or understand Portuguese then do not choose this property.

No apartamento em si é tudo ok, mas tivemos dois problemas: o wi-fi não estava funcionando e a academia que estava no anúncio não estava inclusa. Deveria ser pago a parte. Acho que nunca fiquei tão chateado com uma acomodação.

Muito bom!!!!!
Local muito tranquilo , limpeza diária (as meninas da limpeza muito educadas!), ficamos no quarto andar e a única coisa que me preocupou foi o fato de não haver tela nas janelas pois viajei com criança ( havia um aviso quanto a isso no site que fiz a reserva).Vizinhos e funcionários muito atenciosos!!!! Cozinha com muitos utensílios , não faltou nada!! Localização próxima a ponto de taxi e ponto de ônibus. Pra quem gosta de caminhar da pra ir ao zoológico e praia da barra a pé, perto. Gostei muito , recomendo e com certeza quero voltar!!
