Room design was really great. Family oriented restroom (stool and hose shower head for kids) plus separate room for kids was really great. However, this is no Disney quality. Lights broken, things not working. Don't expect Disney and you'll be satisfied.

I was disappointed there was no activities for the kids. I walked over to legoland hotel much more stuff to do. I paid more for the new hotel. Was not worth it.

the room service was an $8 dollar fee and had an hour wait for a burger. You cant place orders at the restaurants by phone only in person.

Not impressed
Very commercial like Hotel. It did not feel as a place for kids to enjoy and experience. It was more like a way for them to make extra buck any way they can. For example, check in was delayed hours while when asked for late check out, they offered an extra hour for an extra cost.

Love that It is truly family and kid friendly. Just wished the ac in the room could cool down to more than 66 degrees. Our room never reached 66 and hovered between 68-70.

Had dinner at a restaurant in the hotel and the service was not good. The kids cheese sandwich was burnt, and the hot dog bun would not stay together. We had several people helpng us except for our server.

We had a great time! The room was really fun for our kids and the adult amenities were also surprisingly nice. Ever staff member we encountered was friendly! Great breakfast buffet for everyone. The kids really enjoyed the pool, too. There were a lot of lifeguards, as well. We would definitely stay there again.

Too expensive no toliet paper when we got there, not enough front desk staff for check in, bunk beds were very uncomfortable pillows had no support. Our family will never go back to the hotel again, and they over charged us!!

I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Very clean, they thought about everything for the kids. Food was good, room was fun, convenient location and all the little extras like disco elevator, castle, lego everywhere is awesome! Can't wait to go back!

Amazing for families.
If you love Legos, you'll love the hotel. They have kid food and grown up food. Not a big selection, but, everything tasted good. The rooms were clean and very stylish. The Pirate Bed was very comfy. The cabanas by the pool were a great way to wrangle two kids and still relax. We will be back again.

Best way to visit Legoland
I've been to this hotel twice in the past year with my 4 year-old son. I think the hotel has definitely cut some of the little touches since our last stay, which is unfortunate, and the hotel rooms are definitely showing some wear (not surprising) but my son loves the park and I don't think I would visit without staying here. The restaurant, play areas, and evening entertainment really add to the experience.

Truly the kid version of Vegas!
The hotel exceeded our expectations on our family vacation. It is just steps away from Legoland and hotel guests are allowed early access to the park. Our room included a daily breakfast buffet that was exceptional. A variety of food choices. The hotel itself was extremely kid friendly. Multiple play areas with lego, awesome lego creations to look at, and the elevator was so much fun. (Every elevator should be like that.) The staff were very friendly and helpful - the people at the front desk, valet, restaurant staff, entertainers were amazing! There are so many sights to see and places to visit in the greater San Diego area.

This hotel is wonderful. My kids had a great time. They have been talking about the hotel for the last two days. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Every hotel guest gets a complimentary breakfast buffet! As soon as we left the hotel, my kids were asking when we could go back.

Birthday Holiday for my 5 year old.
We stayed 2 nights in the hotel to go along with 2 days in the LEGOLAND Park. Since the park closed at 5:00 pm, the fun did not stop there, as the nightly activities kept my 5 year old busy. All staff are very friendly and the hotel is great for kids.
