I didn’t like that I was given a room that was supposed to be non smoking, however, I smelled weed on the entire floor. I was very disappointed because I was traveling with a small child. We couldn’t stand the smell that we had to leave without sleeping in the room at all. The front desk lady that checked me wasn’t friendly. She probably had a bad day.

Not what the description of the this property shows. 2 separate buildings and location is next to an abandoned warehouse and train tracks where many homeless roam. There was lists of damage to the property in and outside. Our room lock was broken

Property is split in half, two buildings one on each side of the tracks. Be careful with the homeless encampment. Staff was nice, rooms were clean, and breakfast was good.

the hotels clean but we had to stay in a separate building from the hotel , with no amenities, doors unlocked to the building. the lock on our door would not unlock even with new keys and no hotel staff seemed concerned or did anything about it , the breakfast is all old and stale

We booked a stay for two nights specifically in the main building which cost more and they still put us in the separate north building which is a bit of a walk dragging your luggage over train tracks to the most run down building that looks like it’s mid construction. Dust and dirty carpets, chipped paint, the room looked so dingy and dirty. The doors are paper thin you can hear all conversations from the hallways. We called the front desk and they said there was nothing they can do because they were booked. So they gave out room that we payed for to someone else?! I have no doubt that other guests complained and were moved to the main building with no regard for guests who specifically booked there. No response from the hotel to messages for a refund. No apologies, we left after 5 minutes of being in the room and booked another place nearby.

The food is good , room is clean . Location right beside the airport and highway. When we checking out the hotel , my car got break-in in the hotel parking , the police said it was not normal that happens in daytime in this location . The manager was very helpful and cooperative, communicated with police . We got everything stolen , The front desk gave us some daily use hygiene products to help. I’d like to say thank you to the manager and front desk staff .

Good hotel in a good location. Parking was very convenient and felt safe, breakfast was above average, and the room was clean. The only problems we had was that the walls were extremely thin and the pillows were very uncomfortable.

There is a lot to say here but I will focus my attention on Donna W “Assistant General Manager” of this establishment. Donna W is by far the most ignorant, unprofessional, and incompetent hotel staff member ever I’ve ever met in my life in any hotel around the world. She is emotional, irrational, egotistical, and absolutely an abuser of power. People like this should not be given a position of authority. People with her psychological make up will always make it their way or the highway even though she is in the hospitality industry and the customer is always right. (Most of the time). Donna W blatantly lied to me in regards to the house keeping policy and that the hotel was only obligated to clean my room every 3 days. I asked her for a copy of the housekeeping/hotel policy and House rules and she refused my request. Violating my consumer rights because the day after this incident I was able to request and obtain the same documents I asked from Donna W “Assistant GM” from the General Manager of the hotel Jarett Borges who informed me it was absolutely in my right to ask for such documentation and to receive the documentation from his management staff. The documentation stated that yes the hotel is not obligated to clean a room for at least 3 days unless a guest requests it. I requested a cleaning at 6am on 3/16and when I came back to my room that evening it was not cleaned. Wonder how many guest she’s lied and deceived that just took it instead of standing up for their rights

Area around the property is not clean, trains run all hours right next to it, carpets need cleaning, ice machines out of order, only one worked within 4 floors. Cleaning staff very nice and helpful.

Didn’t like the area, but the hotel itself is a five star: New, clean, spacious. Best La Quinta of all ! Would definitely stay there again.
