This is our second time in a 3 BR condo. The location and grounds are great. Staff is nice and helpful, however I called after 6 pm and no one ever answered or returned my voicemail. I love everything about this property. The one downside is that the condos are a little older and the bathrooms and kitchen are outdated. However, because of everything else..I will definitely stay there again.

I really love this property because it is so quiet and very close to downtown and close to the ski area! Where are the water pressure in the shower? Very low and not fully stocked with utensils etc. There were about 15 forks but only one small size spoon! No way to dry your dishes after you wash them other than putting them in the dishwasher. But those are little things. For the most part. It was really a good experience

The indoor pool closes at 5:45 pm! We booked this hotel because it's one of the only places in Santa Fe that has an indoor pool, which is a huge selling point for families with kids. We checked in at 6:00 only to find that the pool closes at 5:45. Needless to say this was very disappointing. Our unit was clean and nice, but the bedding didn't fit the bed so the fitted sheet kept popping off thought the night and the TV in the living room wasn't connected to the internet so the only tv that worked was in the bedroom. Overall our experience was okay.

Santa Fe Gem
My mother and I had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing. The location is convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. We were able to have several meals in the unit because the kitchen was well equipped. Overall a great time.

Our suite felt like home. The kitchen was well equipped and the furnishing and decorations were artistic and comfortable. We felt immersed in Santa Fe Style. We loved being able to walk to Old town for dinner and enjoyed the proximity to City of Santa Fe walking trails.

Great location near a nice park with a panoramic view of the city and mountain ranges including Sandia Peak. Perfect spot to view and photograph the sunset. There's also a nicely paved and lit trail that leads you down to the downtown area. The front office staff was extremely friendly and the condo was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials, plus very quiet.

Great location - close by the plaza. Our unit is in need of some upgrades as it seems “tired” the mattresses and pillows especially need to be updated. This is for both bedrooms.The twin beds had stained bed spreads. The pillows were pancakes. The unit was clean.

Very clean and charming! Fort Marcy was beautiful and quaint. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Our unit was everything we needed and more. Great location to downtown plaza and restaurants.

Checked out after 3 nights. Had major issues and management can’t respond if it’s a weekend! Spotty or no wifi. Can’t turn fans on or off unless you get on the beds to reach. Water is never hot and can’t be regulated. Carpets and sheets were not clean. Outside lightbulb needed to be replaced. Hazardous to walk in the dark. Patio door could not be closed or locked. Limited utensils in the kitchen. Parking is a nightmare..way too many spots for safe parking. Wanted this to work as it’s a cute property. Gave management ample time to correct things.

We stayed for only three nights but had an enjoyable time. Love the easy access and the view from room 60! Everyone in our family had such memorable and unique experiences while we were there. The location was closed to all of the attractions that we wanted to see. Definitely recommended as the place to stay when visiting Santa Fe.

Good place to stay in Santa Fe.
Nice unit with skylights and lots of space. Helpful staff. Staff never managed to get our tv operating properly. Be sure to ask for the exact location of your unit. We had to carry all of our bags up a long flight of uneven outdoor stairs.

What an amazing property! Absolutely stunning condos with Santa Fe decor. Great lighting, comfortable, spacious, TV, and views. We walked to the plaza in no time - best value hands down.

Great spot close to the plaza and Meow Wolf
Great stay! Check in was easy, he provided all the information we needed and a list of local restaurants for us as well. Location is about a 10 minute walk to the plaza, the walk is beautiful and you can spend hours in and around the plaza. We stayed to visit Meow Wolf, it’s a 15 minute drive for the hotel, great location for that as well. We only stayed for 2 nights but wish we had stayed longer, Santa Fe has so much to do.

Close enough to the Plaza to walk. Easy to park our car and take luggage to the condo. Well appointed and decorated in a Santa Fe style without getting kitchy. A great kitted out kitchen for breakfasts and lunches. Two bedrooms ,2 1/2 baths, great for traveling with my adult son.

Smelled Smokey stains all over the carpet we had a brown recluse in the corner of the living room the thermostat kept jumping up to 82 or just simply turning off! I have MS so heat is NOT my friend. I know we will never stay there again!

This was the second time that we stayed at this property. It's like a small townhouse, it was perfect for 4 people with 2 beds and 2.5 baths. The kitchen was fully stocked, the appliances were nice and new. it's within walking distance from the center, however, it is located on a hill, so it's quite a climb back. We had arrived early, and asked if early check-in was at all possible. They promised to call, but no - they waited until 4pm exactly before giving us the keys. Hard to believe that the unit was not ready even 15 minutes before then - oh well.

Nicely maintained property within 4 blocks of town square with many dining and shopping options. Two bedrooms were upstairs and no restroom downstairs but it was all workable.

Nice, but…..
This is a condo development, and I had a very nicely furnished and clean property. It was more like a second home than a holiday let. They do you tell you this, the property is in no way accessible, and I’d say is really a young persons location, with uneven paths and lots of steps, it’s eerily quiet. The indoor pool was fine, but very restricted hours, closes at 17.45. The hot tub was taped off so presumably not in use. I had two slight issues, the Internet in the unit I stayed in was near to useless, and the main TV didn’t function. Both reported, the Internet remained useless, the TV was not fixed properly. In the end I did the TV myself, but wasted 30 minutes which would have been 10 with reliable net access.
