Only stayed here for a night. Close to the station, convenience store across the street, late night ramen place down the block. Hotel has a lounge area and a public bath downstairs so definitely could stay longer.

The property only provided one pillow per bed and the lobby wreaked of cigarette smoke. I would not go there again.

Overall good experience, easy check-in and polite staff. The room was clean and perfect for a quick overnight stay, my only negative was that while the bed was comfortable the pillows were much harder than I’m used to.

Every time I tried to use the onsen for 5 nights in a row children were in the onsen talking, running around, splashing other patrons, nobody said or did anything including the parent(s) but it totally ruined my experience and is a pretty fundamental violation of onsen etiquette. Otherwise typical / serviceable 3 star experience, not the nicest part of Sapporo to be staying in, I won't be coming back to this particular establishment.

A good stay in bustling Sapporo. There was some construction on the front façade, but no noise inside. The onsen (hot bath) spa was very welcome!

The hotel is in a good location which is near Sapporo subway station exit 23 (which has an elevator). It is within walking distance to multiple tourist attractions, such as the Nijo Market, old Hokkaido government building, and the clock tower. There is a restaurant which opens till late, and there is a Seico convenience store across the road.

Good budget choice for twin accommodation. A bit inconvenient to find best to use surface streets not google maps underground the first time getting here. Breakfast is great value.

Great value for money. Very clean room and friendly staff. We travelled with a 4-year kid. Although they didn’t charge additional fees for the kid, they still offered kid’s slippers and toothbrush. We’ve travelled a lot and stayed at many different hotels. This is the first hotel that offers an additional set towel for our kid. We really appreciate it.

It was clean and convenient. The breakfast not being a buffet was sort of disappointing. If i didn't want a Japanese meal I was stuck with a fried fish that was pretty heavy for breakfast.

Very walkable from Sapporo JR Station. Also walkable to Tanukikoji Shopping Streets 1-7 and also walkable to Nijo Market and Clock Tower etc. Also just next door to ANA Crowne Plaza where the Airport Liner bus service is available! Love the toiletries (all the shampoo, soap etc are wonderful and of good quality). Also super appreciate the fact that there is free spa! Omg it soothed our aching bodies (from all the >20km sightseeing walking days) so well. The free ice cubes beside the vending machines and the hot coffee/tea corner in the B1 lounge were also such delights. Really enjoyed the stay here. All the staff were so helpful too; they were ready with answers and even full colour printouts of information for our enquiries. Very pleased with this hotel!

The place was very clean, and the staff were all very polite and welcoming. It is a 5-10min walk away from the train stations, and there are multiple restaurants and convenient stores nearby as well.

The property is about 5-10 walking distance from Sapporo station, either take the East gate exit or the underground walkway through ESTA building. If you choose the latter, take the exit 22 for stairs or 23 for elevator in case you are with luggage. The room is clean and comfortable but wifi didn’t work well during our stay. Overall easy access to public transportation and is also within walking distance to both main stration and Susukino area.

Would highly recommend!
We had rooms from semi-double, double and twins and everyone was comfortable. Loved the lounge and onsen downstairs and the restaurant attached was great for breakfast or quick dinner. Staff was very accomodating and always responsive. Easy to get to underground and close to trains and buses, and an easy walk to Odori Park and Snow Festival. Nextdoor to ANA which is one of tour pickup points. Would highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Rooms were small, but reasonably sized for Japan. Perfect for a quick stopover in Sapporo.

It is suggested that to improve 1) Toilet paper at least 2-ply. 2) Cloth hook inside the toilet/outside the bathroom door (I saw one cloth hook outside the toilet room but it is not for people inside the toilet/bathroom. 3) Provide 2 pillows for each bed. (Currently, provides 1 pillow of each bed. If you can provide 1 additional pillow (optional), I believe your room guest will sleep well at night. Otherwise, there are many good things offered by the hotel: 1) Air purifier machine 2) bed is comfortable 3) room is clean 4) room is quiet Prefect!

What’s good? Good size room, have space for luggage and cater for 2 person. :) Free coffee and lounge area. What’s to improve ? Internet connection can be improved, level 2 room seems to have wifi connection issue.

We stayed only one night but our experience was positive. I would stay again. The location was good as it was walkable distance to the train station. The staff were very accommodating. They held our bags for us. They provided pillows when asked.

Very convenient to the train station. We took exit 22 and ended up very close to the hotel. My husband enjoyed the onsen. Very nice place for the price.
