The best thing the valet service staff - courteous, professional and quick. Their service was worth the price. There is cheaper uncovered parking around the corner. Front desk staff need to take training from valet - how awful to be the frontline of arriving guests - no hospitality, no smiles, short answers one gal never looked up from her phone! Only icemaker that worked was on the 2nd floor. Keurig Coffee maker in room but no regular coffee K cups in room when inquired for some at front desk told there were not any. Coffee service in lobby just as bad - low on creamer and never refurbished. We bought K cups and cream for the rest of our weekend. TV kept losing connection - not that we were there to watch TV but nice to catch the weather, engineer brought new remote and spare batteries. Bar service was good - for the price and additional fees that are tacked on find another hotel or go the AirBnB route for Savannah stays. Won't be back and will be cautious about any IHG hotels in future.
