We had a great stay at Dyana Villas. The villa was lovely and spacious with a great sized, clean pool with plenty of space to relax. We were there with some other families so it was fantastic all being able to have our own villas and space but be in the same complex. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Only negative was the showers which were pretty old and could be updated.

We loved our stay at the Dyana Villas. The private pool was cleaned every day and it had the perfect temperature to swim at any time of the day. The rooms are specious, comfortable and clean. All the amenities were perfect. The ladies that cleaned and made breakfast for us were very friendly.

3rd stay in the Villas.
My 3rd time staying at Dyana Villas and will definetely stay here in the future. Wasnt overall satisfied in Deluxe Villa 8. Was expecting a bit more for a Deluxe Villa. Needs a lot of maintenance. Great friendly staff work here and love the cooked breakfasts each morning in the Villa. Close to restaurants, shops and clubs.

Beautiful property. Equipment and amenities were not the newest but overall very clean and very comfortable stay. The floor in our bedroom was exceptionally clean! Our housekeeper, Sara, made the best Nasi Goreng every morning, better than any of the Nasi Goreng we had in restaurants. Location was really great as well, just a short 10-15 minute walk to Seminyak Beach and lots of restaurants/bars on the main road just a few minutes walk away...yet the property was tucked in off the main road so it was not too loud.

The villa was well maintained including the pool and the staffs can communicate english. Down sides were the lobby was close on 6pm where you cannot even seek for assistance except security guards! Security guard even asked for tips after they offered assistance. Overall acceptable place to stay

Really liked the villa, however there seemed to be a lot of mozzies in the living / kitchen area during the day. The staff were helpful and kind however we were worried about the mozzies and moved to a hotel mid-stay as my partner had already had dengue previously and getting it a second time is super dangerous.

I was pleasantly surprised by the huge area of the villa however the amenities were of very poor quality especially the shower gel and shampoo. The kitchen cabinet was kind of rugged and had a damp smell to it. The pool area is nice but you can expect a lot of worms and insects ( I encountered earthworms, centipedes/millipedes/toads). Also there is an open drain on the way to the villa which gives a very foul sewage-y smell every time you walk pass it. Villa itself if very clean and well kept.

The staff (Sumi, Uli, Daisy, Connie, and pool man for villa 16) were excellent and a pleasure to deal with, as well as all other staff office, security etc... The room was very well kept and we liked the recent renovations, pool was excellent! Location was perfect. A shuttle service would be good for drop off and airport transfer through wotif, especially as we stayed 8 days!! Maybe more variety for breakfast choice. We had several rats in our garden during our stay. We will definitely return again, and will highly recommend to friends and family. Thanks again for a very enjoyable stay.:)

What a great place to stay in Seminyak. Very friendly staff and the Villas are very comfortable. Breakfast is yummy, cooked by the staff in your Villa. Close to some nightclubs and great places to eat. Walking distance to the beach to watch the sunset. Looking forward to coming back here soon.

A wonderful place to unwind and relax
Stayed 14 nights in a one bedroom villa. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Excellent service. If I had an issue it was attended to immediately. The maids would cook breakfast at the times I asked for and kept the villa very clean. I had a midnight flight and luckily they gave me a late checkout for the early evening without charge. That was the best late checkout service I have ever received over the decades. The pool was large and cleaned daily. The villa was a 10 minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend staying there and hope to return soon.

Good location even better staff
I stayed here with my partner and our 7 month old girl, the staff were amazing. Location was perfect, close to the beach, short walk to decent restaurants and only a 40 minute walk into Kuta. On our final day at the villa, staff organized a taxi for us to the airport which I accidentally left my sunglasses in. On returning to Australia I advised the staff, they managed to track the taxi, who in turn found my glasses and returned them to the villa and they finally sent back to me. So grateful!!!

Great place with good location.
The place is very nice and enjoyable with a larger pool then other villas. The doorway into the bathroom is a bit small. Hit my head bad and I am 6 ft. So it is a bit of a issue for taller people.

A fabulous pool!
Hotel was ok! It was down a quiet alley so there was very little noise from the bars on the busy street. Near many restaurants although much of the fare was the same in each restaurant. The living area of the villa was huge with a definite rustic appeal about it! I didn't like the toilet near the kitchen though and it looked like it was leaking a tad! The bedroom was more cosy and the bed was just right for me! The bedroom lacked a table or bench for luggage but that would be my only criticism. The high light of the villa is definitely the pool and because of this the room is well worth the price!

Weekend getaway
My experience was good for the most part, but the facility was a little bit dated more than I expected. And since the climate is tropical the critters and bugs was a little much to handle especially at nights but that should be expected for that location. The facility itself is in a great location, close to everything, local shopping and many restaurants and bars just a short 2-5 minute walk, and the beach another 10 minute walk away. The entire staff was very pleasant and helpful at all times and the morning breakfast cooked fresh at your villa was one of my highlight during my stay.

This was the first holiday my children were looking forward to go home. Villa was in a pretty run-down condition. Definitely needs maintenance and upgrading. Kitchen was dark and gloomy. Utensils provided were rusty, stained, and aged. Common bathroom floor was always wet and mouldy from the leaking WC tank. Bed sheets were stained with droppings when web checked in. Bath towel had a huge black stain on it, like it was used for wiping or sth. Squeaky doors were everywhere. Main bathroom was the worst part. The floor looked like it has never been scrubbed for the longest time. Algae and stains were clearly visible. It had a weird structure which you have to squeeze pass the WC in order to get to the shower area. It's a semi-open shower area so when it pours, the WC area gets pretty wet too. You've to use the WC with rain splashing on you. The only highlight was the pool. A pretty good size for a family with 2 young children to play in. 1.9m depth. Sunbeds and parasol were a good complement to the pool/garden area. Maids were friendly, as with any other properties we've stayed. Housekeeping was not thorough. Had to even remind them to clear the trash cans. Breakfast was miserable. Either some plain eggs with mini sausages, or pancake. You may top up additional for an Indonesian dish. Overall, for the same price, a better stay is available anywhere else in Seminyak.

The Villa you stayed is our Balinese Stye Villa and we are planning to renovate this villa in 2018 but it will still bring the original concept of Balinese Touch. About Linen and Towel we will check this issue with our staff incharge to avoid the same case. our advise if you travel and stay at any other property and find the same case you can talk direct with management during your stay wo we as property can act to solve the case. I talk to your husband and asking about the villa and he said everything is perfect.
