The staff at this resort were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. We had a mix up with our room, our expectation and what we had on our first night was not what we believed we had paid for. We were offered for the balance of our stay an upgrade, which was lovely and for future visits, I would book the villa. Whilst it didn't have the pool outside our door, it was just a short walk up a palm lined path. There was a constant movement of staff gardening or cleaning which meant the overall feel of the property was one of being maintained and cared for .

Excellent location and spotlessly clean. Well maintained. Main issue i had was with noise every night. Weekend nights worse than weekdays, but still an issue. Had to sleep with earplugs every night and could still hear it. No umbrellas around pool near bungalows. Often out of pool towels and had to wait for extended period for them to be replenished, or you had to go find someone or reception to get some Breakfast ok. Limited options if you are Gluten free and limited understanding of what Gluten free is

Perfect start to Bali
Pros: Great location, awesome staff & modern rooms that lead out to pools. Zero noise from outside the hotel Cons: Our room had a door to another room, barely any noise protection - we didn't mention this to staff however it's not a new hotel so they should already know Others:decent breakfast
