A clean and comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast had a bit of variety each day, and a reasonable number of options - hot Asian-style dishes plus cereal, bread, fruit, salad, juice and coffee. The location is a little walk from the centre of town, but close to bus routes, with several passing outside. Some attractions could be reached on foot and getting around the island from the hotel was easy because of the extensive network of frequent buses. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a good shower. It would have been useful to have a screen or curtain. We appreciated the option to have large towels as well as the standard small Korean-style ones. The main issue we had was with internet connections, which were not visible on one of our phones. For the phone on on which it did work it was also quite slow at times.

Insects crawling out of comforter & bad service.
Insects were found on my comforter. Started with 2 which were swept away, felt itchy in the night (1:30am) and was shocked to see more! Alerted counter staff who tried to kill by stepping on them in front of me. He quickly blamed the backpackers for bringing these insects to his hotel which I felt was very unprofessional. He apologised then made a few phone calls before switching a room for me. He didn’t mention if I’d be resting in the same room until I asked. I also requested for a refund. He again made a few phone calls then told me that it would be a refund but I had to check-out the next day as their hotel was fully booked on the days as my reservation. I reminded staff about the 1) inconvenience they’ve caused which included sleep disturbance and the worry of skin disease, 2) the extra cost on transport and itinerary because of the change, 3) buses in Jeju are a bit slow and inaccessible, and 4) check-in time for hotels in Jeju are usually 4pm. These factors are enough to ruin my holiday. Staff insisted that I rest first as it’s late already. Suggested to discuss at 9am the next day while he’s still around as he’s the only mandarin speaking staff. How accommodating was that? So, the outcome was the same- a refund and check-out. Negotiation went on as I insisted they arrange another accommodation for me so I could continue my planned trips. They got me a place twice smaller than theirs and still refused to refund first night fee.

We are very sorry to have given you a bad memory on your trip. But we will leave an explanation for your review. First of all, let's start with one point that we blamed other backpackers. We take such a sanitation problem very seriously. We change bedding every day, as well as regular quarantine. At that time we just explained why the pests came in. Isn't it natural to explain that to customers who have experienced inconvenience? Obviously we've apologized and explained the situation to you for going through such a situation. Blame and the explanation is quite different. I see that you were offended, but by your subjective standards you have made us completely unprofessional. Second, there's only one staff at that time, that's why we called to call someone else to get things done quickly, After checking, we have provided you with hotel room that we did not sell because it is too hard for you to move to other accommodation at that time. Third, we have only one Domitory you have reserved. Other than that, we only have regular hotel rooms. The first day we had a room left unsold for you, but we couldn't offer it to you because we were fully booked from the next day. So we booked a guest house in the next building and gave it to you. We have reserved the nearest accommodation that we don't want to make waste your time to move. And even with the added cost, we booked a room for only four people rather than many people. We were apologize again and again when you moved out. And we were told you if you have any inconvenience or problems while staying at another guesthouse, We'll help you right away. You smiled and said it was OK. Of course, I know it's not because it's really okay.I felt really sorry for you when smiling at me. I am very sorry to have caused you unpleasing experience. But we wish you knew we were do our best.

I love everything about the hotel. They even have laundry for guest to use with minimal charges. Big bathtub and clean room and bathroom will be an additional point. Will definitely come back in future.

Location is good but hotel only has a very small carpark (maybe for less than 10 vehicles), hence got to park at the free carparks across the roads by yourself. It would be good if there is valet service to park the car for guests. Rooms were big however the condition shows signs of wear. Especially the toilet sink where the shelf are tilted and not level. Some signs of mold in the toilet too. A shower curtain around the bathtub would be good to avoid splashing water to the sink. Some additional towel racks or hooks can be installed for guests to hang hand towels or clothes more easily. Beds are comfortable and floor heating is great especially in winter. Convenient minimart downstairs to buy the supplies needed. Overall, still a decent place to stay but room for improvement.

Good hotel for family
The concierge team was great. They assisted with answering our queries and one of the front desk on duty even acceded to my request to call up the local restaurant to place order for us making it so seamless. There are even 2 coats/jackets refresher machine located at the front desk for guests to use FOC. I like that fact that there is washer and dryer (pay per use) available as were travelling around Korea for 2 weeks and have plenty of clothes to wash hence that really lighten our packing by a lot. Breakfast buffet was decent, not a spread but really enough for us to start our day with. The in-room jacuzzi was great too. Nice feature though we only soaked and didn't use the jacuzzi. Room was pretty spacious too. Towels and certain areas in the room were a little worn out, however, no biggie.

One “minua” in tbe morning of our departure, the re eptionist did not allow my friendto use cafeteria. Her lunch was paid but we had yo keave 30 min before lunch. We had our food but tge receptionist (male) was not helful but quite opposite.

Sleepy neighborhood
Quiet surroundings, mainly small grocery shops and small restaurants in the area and most of them looked closed, although we did find some nice home cooked style meals around the area. Hotel room was OK, toilet a bit dated with a tiny sink.

I'm sorry you didn't like it. But Extra bed is optional and not required. It is your choice to enter more than 3 standard people. You have to pay for that amount and inconvenience. It's only 10,000 won. The average hotel has two standard people and charges for both extra beds and extra people. However, please understand that our hotel is dedicated to making the most of our customers ' convenience.

Quiet and scenic
The hotel is located south if the island. The views are nice once you explore. The actual hotel is clean. The rooms are well kept, very comfortable. The staff are helpful

Great place to stay.
The room was very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable - not rock hard like most Korean hotel beds. The bathroom was very clean and huge with a round rub as well as shower heads. Breakfast consisted of Korean rice porridge, toast, ham, cheese, salad with OJ - 5000 Won if not included in the room price. There is parking available but it does fill quickly at night. No problem though as the staff will park it for you. The staff try extremely hard to please and will make every effort to make sure you're happy. There is a washer and dryer (and the dryer is excellent!) for 3000 Won each and detergent is provided. Check in was quick and easy. Try for a room away from Budo st as they are building another hotel across the street. Had a great stay here.

Next time we'll plan to stay closer to the beach.
Seogwipo is on the far side of the island. Isolated, quiet, about two hours away from Jeju (and any attraction). The hotel offered no information in English that could guide us to where we should go and what we should do. The bus stop is right by the hotel luckily, but that doesn't make up for all of the hours lost trying to get to where we wanted to go. Unfortunately we couldn't find information about better places to stay. I would recommend staying closer to Hamdeok Beach or else along the northern coast. Most of the attractions are a lot closer to the Jeju Intercity terminal then they are to the Seowipo Terminal.

Nice Hotel
BK Jeju is a nice hotel. Stayed here for two nights (5/6/16-5/7/16). There is some indoor parking (~15 spots) if you rent a car, and they have space at an adjacent hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly, spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Breakfast was 5,000 won/pp and was traditional Korean rice porridge, we probably would have passed had we known that. There is a CU convenience store on the first floor of the building, needless to say, it's quite convenient. Neighborhood is quiet, not a ton around but very close to a nice waterfall and bridge to a small island.

The hotel is great, the staff very helpful, although they didn't give us a lot of basic information at the check-in, the room was very big, two beds, a lot of space, big bathroom. The only downside was the lack of English signs around the hotel, especially with important things, like the breakfast hours and the washing machine instructions. I know there's not a lot of foreigns in Jeju (we felt like an attraction for Koreans! ), but it's a hotel! They must have English instruction.

Pretty and modern hotel
Pretty and modern hotel. Very clean and location is very good. Big and spacious rooms that were cleaned up daily. Hotel managers recommended a cheap and good black pork place for dinner. Only downside is that car park was too small, car had to be parked outside of premises.

L'hôtel est bien, plutôt propre, personnel au service. Il est à 2mn à pied des restaurants de front de mer et à 1/4h de marche du centre ville. Les 2 cascades principales de la ville sont à moins de 2km. Regret : l'isolation phonique des planchers
