Avoid the black mold in the shower.
There was no one at the front desk upon arrival, nor was the door open. There was just a sign saying the manager was gone. Then upon arrival we were sent up to the third floor into a room that does not look like the pictures on hotels.com. Next, the shower was covered in black mold, as well as red mold. I don't understand how they can keep it so untidy. Just get some bleach and spray down the bathroom. The bed was also another point of contention as it felt like a dozen metal springs were sticking right into my back. The worst part was that we were asked to bring our towels and trash down and deposit them into receptacles in the lobby. Am I supposed to do the cleaning too? Am I not paying for that service upon renting the room?

Very disappointing
We booked a twin room but requested to change to a room for three around 3days before we we due to check in. This has already been agreed by the hostel and we just left with making the extra payment upon check in. But during check in, they suddenly said that the room for 3 is not available. Reason being is that they suddenly have a lot of reservation. And they then suggested us to move to the dormitory room which we definitely disagree as the reason of booking there is for private room and private toilet. Hence, we ended up in a twin room from our first booking with an extra mattress which reduces our movement space. Secondly, the room totally doesn't look like the one in the picture. The room was extremely small. The picture shows and even the description says that there's Refrigerator, microwave and toiletries. And the way the picture say and the description say is that it's in the room. However, when we got in, it was an apartment split into 2 rooms aka 2tenants. The kitchen is a shared kitchen between the 2 rooms. And there's no toiletries supplied in the room. Hence, we had shop for it. Overall, i'm very very disappointed with the experience although the location is good. But I don't think there will be a second time unless there's no other places to stay at/

I had a double bed room for myself. The room was very clean and comfortable, the service was great, especially for my late check-in, and my stay was overall great.

솔직한 후기
입구 : 흰색과 하늘색의 보관함이 있는 곳 바로 옆에 불투명한 유리문이 있는데, 그게 정문입니다. 비밀번호를 입력하시고 들어가시면 됩니다. 방 크기 : 방 크기는 서울에 자취하는 월세집 정도의 크기입니다. 여자 3명이 바닥에 앉기에 적당합니다. 공간은 살짝 좁았지만 서랍장이 많아서 이것저것 넣어둘 수 있었습니다. 홍대 번화가 한 가운데에 있는 숙소인 걸 생각하면 전체적으로 가격 대비 괜찮았습니다. 난방 : 겨울이라서 추울까봐 사장님께 난방을 따뜻하게 해달라고 요청드렸습니다. 25도로 설정하면 엄청 따뜻해진다고 하셨는데, 보일러가 고장났는지 난방이 아예 안 되더라고요.. 이 부분이 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 화장실 : 온수가 잘 나옵니다. 근데 화장실의 변기 몸통이 굉장히 들썩거렸습니다. 처음에 앉았다가 부숴지는 줄 알았습니다. ㅋㅋㅋ 저희는 401호를 사용했는데 다른 방의 변기는 어떤지 모르겠네요. 그리고 샤워기를 사용하는 게 조금 어려웠습니다. 수도꼭지에 있는 버튼을 위로 올리면 샤워기에서 물이 나오는 형태인데 그 버튼이 계속 내려가서 씻을 때 번거로웠어요. 화장실은 샤워기랑 변기만 보완해주시면 정말 좋을 것 같습니다. 침대 : 2층 침대랑 매트리스 하나가 있는데, 2층 침대는 딱딱하고 두껍지 않은 매트입니다. 저는 폭신한 매트리스에서 잤는데, 매트리스에서 알 수 없는 미묘한 냄새가 났습니다... 지린내와 탈취제 그 사이?... 까는 이불을 걷어보니까 무슨 자국이 있던데, 까는 이불은 깨끗하니까 그냥 잤습니다. 소음 : 냉장고가 평소에는 조용하다가 가끔 소리를 냅니다. 저는 제 자취방에도 똑같은 냉장고가 있어서 익숙했지만 제 친구들은 밤에 잘 때 시끄러웠다고 합니다. 그리고 지나가는 차 소리도 들렸고, 근처에 공사를 해서 공사장 소리도 들렸다고 합니다. 근데 저는 못 듣고 아주 잘 잤습니다. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 엘레베이터 : 엘레베이터가 없고 계단으로 올라가셔야 합니다. 저희는 4층이어서 올라가는 게 살짝 힘들었지만 운동한다고 생각하니까 괜찮았습니다. 위치 : 위치가 진짜 좋다고 생각합니다. 걸어서 2분 거리에 편의점(GS 25)이 있고, 숙소 주변이 전부 식당이랑 술집이어서 늦게까지 먹고 마실 수 있었습니다. 그리고 홍대입구역 3번 출구를 기준으로 걸어서 6분 거리인 것도 정말 좋았습니다! 결론 : 화장실이랑 매트만 교체해주신다면 지금보다 더 좋은 평가를 받을 수 있을 거라고 생각합니다! 다음 번에도 홍대에서 숙소를 잡는다면 여기에 묵을 의향이 있습니다.
