All expected amenities included, close walking distance to popular areas: restaurants and shopping, modest price, competent staff capable of English. Overall my stay here was very warm and comfortable and I'd definitely recommend to others interested in relaxing near Gangnam or even looking to travel to other areas of Seoul.

The whole point of booking this hotel was for the spa treatments that were advertised. I called in a few days ahead of my check-in date, to make an appointment for the spa treatments. I was told I could schedule the spa treatments at the front desk, once I checked in. I get to the hotel and was told the spa service was no longer available, due to the spa moving to another area. I was upset that I wasn't informed of this when I called to schedule the treatments. Also, I paid extra for breakfast and the breakfast buffet was advertised as an American breakfast buffet. However, the only thing "American" about it were the scrambled eggs, frosted flakes and fruit loops! I felt bamboozled into booking this hotel, as it was not what had been advertised. I would not book this place again, nor recommend.

Good location
Location was great, but this was the smallest room I have experienced in Seoul so far.. The shower and the sink was kind of the same, it was super impractical. There was no place for me to do my work, so the office was rigged in my bed. I guess it was ok, but I don’t think I will come back.

Great location
Great place to be. Close to the train station. Plenty of restaurants with in walking distance. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We had a two bedroom suite which was very big but a little beaten up. The hotel is attached to a plastic surgeon and I think a lot of people stay for recovery. That being said, with in walking distance is a bustling night life of local restaurants and bars. A very cool area. This hotel is perfect if you need some extra space and don't need Four Seasons level quality. Staff was helpful but there is a language barrier.

The air is very clean in the room as there are 2 gigantic air purifier. The suites have automated bed for adjusting up and down. Very near to great Korean restaurant and shopping. My kids love the stay.

Everything was fine inside the hotel. However, there are Korean people smoking and spitting on the side patio area of the hotel, right under the "No Smoking" sign. The hotel just let them smoke although it is in their property area. If you enjoy second hand smoking, or enjoy watching people spit, this is the hotel for you.

Improvement needed
Have quite a big difference in Staff quality. Some are helpful but some are not. Toilet bowl stuck. Water came out so horrible! The Workman came to repair but very big attitude and make my toilet abd well and floor with toilet bowl fluid!!! Wardrobe are not clean with dust

Love the electrical adjust bed, room size is great, offer free drinking water via machine on each floor. Nice staffs. Ok breakfast. Vey very bad quality towel.

Clean decent stay there
Nice convenient hotel . Because our flight got in early we had to wait for a room despite us telling them by telephone we would be . After 2 hour wait a room was ready but charged 20,000 won to have it early . Breakfast nice but ot boring after 10 days same old stuff and why have cold chips out for breakfast no one took any . Gowns are only for small folk my 38 inch waist was too big for them . Room cleaned daily except toilet lid never lifted or cleaned underneath. No chair to sit on in smoking area until i asked then jusyt one brought out for me . Decent stay overall

Let down by housekeep otherwise excellent value
The overall experience was very good except it was let down by the Housekeeping. Cups and toilet was not clean for a few days until we have feedback to the reception.

Quiet and friendly
My stay was excellent ! Staff and front desk were very accommodating and friendly. I had booked a king room but that bed were not adjustable so they put me in a double room and it was perfect. The cafe food was awesome too! Will definitely stay again.

Convenient location, kind staff, comfort room. Only area to improve is the cleaning staff did not clean the room utensils (cups, plates etc) and did not refill the tea bags every day.

Nice hotel, helpful staff. Room had a whirlpool bathtub, which I took advantage of, though not all rooms have bathtubs. It would have been better if the front desk had told me that breakfast was not included in my room rate *before* I ate.

Location is good. And I could see staffs tried to be nice. But I was shocked because the room was too small. They hang TV in the middle of room, not on the wall, because they don't have enough room even for television. So I bumped the television several times. The worst thing is they don't have shower tub or booth. And it was very uncomfortable because the top floor is under construction.

Basic Hotel for Sleeping
Within walking distance from subway and street full of local eateries. Rooms was clean and cosy but very basic. Don't expect to find any place to work for room configuration that I have. There is an all-in-one bathing+toilet without proper place for bathing. Breakfast was also very basic where hotel in Japan includes and they charge here. Overall, it meets my need and will be coming back due to proximity to office but to me, it just warranty a 3-stars rating.

Love the motorized bed!
The room was slightly on the squeezier side.. but it was pretty comfortable. However, the A/C was pretty annoying as it kept going back onto high fan speed mode.. and we asked the hotel employees to fix it.. but it still had the same issue. One thing that really made me choose this hotel over the others is because of its motorized bed, microwave and freezer.. it had all the facilities I needed :)

Clean and Comfortable hotel
Had a lovely lovely stay in this hotel. Room was quite and comfortable to sleep in. Theres not much to do in this area. The nearest metro station is only 3 mins walk away so it's really convenient. Overall good value for money and a great stay.

As I was checking in, the front desk agent informed me that I was getting upgraded. She put me in a room on the 4th floor. When I walked into the room, I totally regret coming back to Hotel Foreheal. The room was DIRTY, as in the floor was full of dust, and the walls of shower still had hairs from last guest. what more do I need to say? The toilet was old fashioned toilet that didn't seem very clean either. The closet was all the way in the corner where it's blocked and you can't even access. I don't think I would be so disappointed if she had not said that I was getting upgraded. I felt like I was fooled. Totally not the kind of hotel I would pay money to stay or even for free. Hotel Foreheal : you totally failed this time. the service was terrible, the rooms were dirty, and the front desk agents, needs to be trained again not to lie.

Affordable hotel in the middle of Gangnam
It's a good hotel if you just need a place to sleep. There is no room service and few amenities, but that was ok with me since I was out most of the time. Location is great though since its in the middle of Gangnam. There are a lot of shops nearby, as well as restaurants within walking distance.

I can't understand.
I arrived at foreheal after check in time(maybe over 4pm) But I waited about 30min. Because room wasn't ready. I couldn't understand. From now I can't understand that situation. But room was very clean and comfortable.
