I chose the hotel due to its location and proximity to public transportation and sites of interest. That is exactly what I got. The room on arrival was clean and provided all basic essentials. Lobby staff were friendly and helpful. Minor complaint, the pressure of the shower was slow flowing and in some areas of the hotel there is a smell that smells like bad sewage issues. This might well be the case as we were advised not to throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl and into the bin provided.

This hotel is excellently located right on the very outskirts of the Korean beauty shopping center of Seoul. It was also super close to the subway so it was so easy to travel to other locations!

The hotel is so convientent right next to the main myeongdong shopping streets but it is located just off the busy area so it it not noisy. 1 min walk from the myeongdong station. The staff was very nice and helpful and can talk english. Room was quite small but was ok to fit 1 luggage bag. Breakfast was average but there is a convience store right out the front of the hotel. Hotel and room was very clean. Would recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel location is superb as shopping is just outside of this hotel. Pity on the toilet as its quite small. It would be good if their breakfast selection could change every few days. We stayed for about 5 nights & the breakfast was always the same. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great location at Myeongdong area. Very convenient as shopping is just down the road. Airport limousine station is just within walking distance. A pity for the toilet that is very small in the room with the king size bed.

Excellent location and staff are very friendly. However, the air-conditioner system does not allow us to switch to cooler mode. Understand the weather is getting cold in Seoul, we still like to have a choice between cooler & heat.

Room with no view. Literally, a concrete wall was one foot right outside the window of our room anf that posed a serious safety threat to the occupants of the room in case of emergency.

excellent location, but that's about it.
The best thing about the hotel is the excellent location. It's just off the busiest part of MYD, so it's nice. Felt safe walking back to hotel. There's a convenient store right across. The service was good at the checkout and normal daily greetings but there was one occasion where the frontdesk was quite rude. We were asking for advice to go to the airport for the next day. She was unfriendly and unwilling to talk to us and just handed us a guide to read instead. Oh well, that was pretty common throughout the city anyways. The room cleaning service was ok but not as thorough. Air-con is not a consistent wind, the air will turn off and on and off and on, so you will feel either cold or hot, nothing in between.

great location. the hotel was just around the corner from the 6015 airport limo stop. and right in the middle of myeongdong district. the staff are also very friendly and gave us the best service they could. the room was as expected totally worth it for the price.
