We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade on check-in and enjoyed our short stay. Look forward to a longer stay next time.

Check-in staff not familiar with procedure. I arrived at 2am, no other customer was there but still took them 30 mins to check me in. Property a bit rundown. I booked in executive deluxe suite, room is big but furnitures very old. Main door not able to lock - lock spoilt! Then there was no hot water for shower, only lukewarm water occasionally for 2 days. Got maintenance staff to have a look but said nothing can be done. So we have to bathe in coldwater. They are short handed on staff therefore room was only cleaned at 6pm! Then never top up amenities properly. Unfortunately this stay wasn’t very good but all I can say is at least the staff are courteous. I’m sure the management can do better than this being a good hotel these past years

"start-it-right" this phrase best suits Royale Chulan Seremban! from the booking dept to front desk plus room service, all of them are simply superb! will come back with my family again when we have sports event at Stadium Paroi next year! Thank You

There was no road cone to warn the driver's of the culvert at the driveway at the lobby. Heard a lot of tyre changes due to that misshap.

Highly recommend to book the hotel and avoid the apartment. The apartment block is pretty old. The hotel room on the other hand is much better. We had to switch to the hotel room once we see the condition of the apartment block.

Grand dame of Seremban
Quiet location and spaciousness abounds. Helpful front desk staff. Buffet breakfast with both local and western fare. Great views of Seremban Town from hotel room

A regal looking and feeling hotel. Room prices are very attractive. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms overlooking greenery

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property may be tired and unfortunately the safe in the room was not working but they offered a safe in reception. Parking was plentiful and convenient

Friendly Staff but 'old-school' system
In general, the staff are friendly and helpful but the system is 'old-school' and disappointing. First, if you are using a debit/visa card, they'll insist you pay everything upfront when you check in, where usually the bills are only settled during check-out. Then, they don't accept any foreign currencies...! Meaning - Even if you wanna buy (exchange) ringgit at the reception... They just don't have it!! The place is huge and the room is spacious and clean. But again, it's 'old-school' and everything is manual. The channels can go off anytime and will not come back... Overall, it's ok if you are only staying for a few days... Just tahan and get over it. But please don't expect too much and be prepared when you are there.

Poor management service recovery
Front counter service was standard as expected. Unfortunately the stay was marred by the presence of cockroaches & ants in the toilet & cupboards. To top it off, the water supply was unexpectedly cut off for reasons unknown in the late evening. When the water supply was restored, we were shocked when dirty brown water appeared from the taps. There was no attempt to explain or notify the guests of this water supply problem. Given the seriousness of the issue, the management failed to even try to issue any apology. The substandard service recovery by the management is astonishing.

A nice getaway weekend trip
The staff is just amazing ....very friendly & keen to provide best possible service . The ladies' restroom at both locations next to the lobby however require serious maintenance review & repair The cafe provides great tasting food....a must try

Pleasant, very cosy, luxury old hotel.
Clean, comfortable, friendly service, old charm luxury hotel. Smells fresh despite its age. Beautiful swimming pool. Furniture and fixing slightly dated plus wear and tear.

Overall the room and the service is good but the Internet was too slow. I even can't send out a photo through my phone. Internet connection is one of the main factor when choosing hotel to stay especially for business trip.

Great place and near amenities

Property is pretty old. First day of check in, no hot water. I was told not water will only available after 5pm. Next I have already paid for the rooms. Upon check in reception told me I have paid, upon check out also did not charge me. After I went home, They charged my credit card. When I called them. They said is for payment to my room. The credit card is meant for deposit only yet they charge me after I came home. How can they do that. I have emailed them showing proof of payment and no reply from them yet.
