Great location to commute to PVG
The location of the hotel is preferable because we need to transit to Pudong international airport. It is very close to the Maglev station, which takes <9mins to get to the airport. The condition of the hotel is fair, however, it is acceptable because of its value. The front desk was extremely helpful to help me arrange package delivery (delivery service picked up my package from hotel).

Budget hotel near the maglev and metro stations
This is a no frills hotel near the Century Park and Longyang (maglev) metro stations. The staff were nice, let me check in early. The room is basic,good air conditioning, cable TV with 1 english channel. I would stay here again due to the location, so easy to get around the city and take the maglev to Pudong airport.

Beware of the Room Key Deposit
It was surprising that the hotel staff demanded a ¥300 deposit for the room card the costs at most ¥10. It is an outrageously high deposit that means that a significant amount of funds cannot be spent during the stay in Shanghai. The room was simple and clean except for the annoying odour of smoking from previous occupants. The hotel has a convenient location for those using the maglev train from the airport. It's only a 10 minute walk from the station to the hotel.

Convenient to subway and maglev
This is a typical motel. The room is no frills but had everything I needed for one night. I flew into Shanghai Hongqiao airport and left the next day from Pudong airport, so I needed a place close to the subway that served both airports. This hotel is a very short walk from the Longyang Road subway stop and also the Maglev train to Pudong airport. It's in a residential neighborhood, not right downtown or near any sights, but the subway being right there makes getting to other parts of Shanghai easy.

Clean hotel close enough to what I needed.
This was a pretty basic hotel but nonetheless good value for money, clean and reasonably comfortable. I (and others) couldn't get the wifi to work and there were minor challenges when checking in but all staff were friendly and the bed comfortable. Some interesting local places nearby. I needed to be close enough to the Maglev or the subway to ensure a hassle free journey to the airport the next day and yet still be within the city and this place worked for me. And with a Yang's Dumplings place 10 minutes up the road, what more could you ask for?!!

Been a guest of this hotel 5 times, and each time was a little bit worse than the previous, now i must say i wont stay there anymore, used to be good for quick stay in shanghai due to proximity to maglev live and metro, but room quality and cleanliness is now a deal breaker, not only the bathroom but the hole 3rd floor was basic a open sewer and the constant offering of prostitution panflets does not make things better.

Walking distance (5-7mins) to subway/ maglev stn
Walking distance (5-10 mins) to subway (line 2) and maglev station. No eateries around the hotel. Nearest dining spot is the Long Yang Plaza (which is the subway station). Room is clean, everything is working (air condition, hot shower, wifi). Staffs could serve with a smile but I don't blame them because they have to work in shifts and it's a tough job. Overall, happy with my stay.
