フロントで予約はキャンセルされていると告げられた。キャンセルした覚えはない。夜の9時でもあり、小さな子供二人を連れているのをフロントは見ているにも関わらず部屋は無いと言い張った。酷いホテルです。その場で再度そのホテルを検索して見たら4部屋空きがあった。4部屋もあるのなら予約をし直すと伝えても追い払われた。旅行前にホテル代はカードで決済している。理由を説明して貰いたい
