We was sopose to have a room with harbor view we got alley view there was a fire after 3 nights the tv didn't work for 3 days no brekfest served Cose we booked tru expedia the room has not been proper cleaning for months the place sucks i would like my money back

Very small, not kids friendly, breakfast is very expensive considering the food they are serving and the money you paying ……

This hotel is good for one night stay, reason why no housekeeping daily , there are no drawers to store clothes . Shower is weird make sure that you turn the shower head away from the door otherwise the hallway will be flooded. Location is the best 10 To 15 minutes walk to universal studio’s and the Casino. Vivo City a big shopping mall is just a minute walk. City center is about 1.5 miles. Transportation are everywhere from trams to busses .

Amazing room but night time little bit noisy due to pub on rooftop. Breakfast need to make a lot of service improvement such as replenishing plate, cup, glass, also especially food immediately when it is gone.

So much small flies in the room The towel smell The dishes are so dirty Food was terrible from the complimentary breakfast.I would rather that they don’t provide. Seriously, I have never leave a bad review like that for my last thirty years travelling experience.

Close to the Ferri terminal but not the Marina ruise terminal where Holland America embarks. We choose this location because it to 7 mins walk inside a mall (VIVO) from the Aeroline bus terminal (came from Kuala Limpur). We will use a ride service like ‘grab’ for approx $16 to get to the Marina Cruise terminal. Will stay here again, a nice hotel for a few nights. Rooms are huge but big enough for a few luggages and sitting at desk, clean, good bed and sheets, towels looks white and clean👍, staff friendly & efficient.

We “stored” our bags as we were very early for the check in, which they had us put outside in a small patio area. If it had rained it wouldn’t have been ideal, but I assume they would figure something out. I was a bit concerned for the security of the bag area, but then remembered that I was in Singapore and no one touches anything that isn’t theirs. After a few hours of touring Sentosa we returned to find our bags right where we left them! Thanks to the staff!

Right across the street from large shopping and dining experiences. Walk just a couple of minutes to the train. Or take the tram over to the beach or Universal Studios. Very nice staff and clean rooms

Rooms are small and the shower enclosure not designed well: water leaked on the floor, a safety hazard for old folk likely to slip and fall. The best part is the location right across Vivo City which connects to Harborfront Centre where you can catch the cable car, and ferries.

Easy access. Looks clean and welcoming. Rooms are a bit small but doable. Unfortunately walls are too thin and can hear noises from everywhere- outside and inside. Needs to be better in soundproof.

There wasn't anything wrong with this property, but nothing brilliant about it either for the ridiculously high cost. The bed was so far off the ground I had to jump to get onto it and the toilet/shower single sliding door was interesting. Buffet breakfast was very basic (orange juice was actually cordial) and the rest of the options weren't anything special. Close to Sentosa and Vivo City but that's about it!

This was my second stay. The first room we gotten has unbearable sound coming from the air-conditioner vents. We requested for a switch of room, which the front desk promptly assisted us on it. Aside from this, it was a generally pleasant stay.

The hotel itself was clean. The front desk staff at our check in were not friendly or helpful. We requested a harbour view room and we’re told nothing available, we were given the second floor and all we could see was the LRT line and it was noisy. We asked to change rooms and were given one on a higher floor it was facing the graveyard and mosque. The room was clean and quiet. We opted for the breakfast and there wasn’t much variety. The front desk staff need to be coached on how to provide customer service. We are paying guests and expect to be treated with respect. This was part of a two week trip and only disappointing experience during the whole trip. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to the front desk staff, Han in particular, no sense of customer service. Hotel itself was clean and close to public transport, just the service and food was lacking.

This is my 5th stay in this hotel for last 2 year. We like this hotel as is so convenient. Near to Vivo (big shopping mall) and MRT. We also shop and eat at Vivo or went downtown for meal or even packed food and eat inside the room. 2nd reason cos of the friendly and humble receptonist and staff. Is to choose 1 thing bad about this hotel, it will be the sound proof of this hotel. Can hear next door talking and the vechicle sound. Other then that i give 5 star.
