Service of the staffs . The swimming pool is great. The ambience at the Knoll is great.

Beautiful location, sitting on the edge of Palawan beach and surrounded by rich vegetation and greenery. The Award winning Cassia restaurant is well deserved with a superb customer service from Anthony in Cassia. Recommend highly hotel :)

The Knolls at breakfast time was like a local market. It was crowded and the staff were too busy to take control of serving and used dishes. Furthermore, there were scanty kinds of food compared with other hotel breakfast.
