Towels were old, stained, tattered. One had a large hole in it. Housekeeping never did a good clean and make up of the room. Rooms are tired and worn out, yet this is a fairly new hotel. For the price, very disaapointing. Will not stay here again

The nicest thing about this hotel is the leather case that holds the remote control. The mini fridge in our room leaked, so the carpet was wet, damp and smelt of mould. We told reception staff that water was leaking from under the fridge, they did nothing. Check in staff were cold, unwelcoming and unfriendly. We loved the Dorsett brand because of our stay in Mongkok (Hong Kong) but this hotel made us wish we stayed at an Ibis.

State of disrepair
Mould over the windows, wallpaper peeling, torn shower curtain, flickering lights, damp smelling. If I wasn’t so tired I would have left, but definitely wouldn’t recommend.

This property was perfect for what we needed. We had a 24 hour layover and was able to leave our luggage safely with the staff until check in. We walked to Chinatown and took the MRT around, which was helpful, as there is a stop directly next to the hotel. Staff was kind and helpful!

Singapore fling
Very good hotel at a great location. Right in Chinatown and next to the Outram Park MRT station it is very convenient for shopping, eating and sightseeing. Rooms are good size, clean and modern with all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel was good for getting over jet lag and convenient via transit from Changi Airport. It's rating as a 4 star hotel is not accurate, rather a good 3 star. Rooms are small and tight for two people and the pool was a nice feature. We stayed 3 days before proceeding to our focus destinations in Malaysia.

Poorly maintained hotel not worth the price
Hotel room was too small, poorly maintained and old. AC does not work well. Pillows uncomfortable. Maintenance and housekeeping was average. Staff slow, cold and mechanical with no flexibility or customer orientation. Location is convenient, but the price is much with only this singular advantage.

On the edge of China town so good access there. Not that far from down town, walkable or you can jump on the MRT, with an underground station with multiple lines right near the Hotel. Staff were helpful especially Farid, appreciate the assistance. Room was clean and comfortable with separate shower and bath. Nice pool to cool off in.

Stayed solo, so the room size was just comfortable. If there is one more person maybe a little small and will not have space to open luggage. Shower room is very mouldy. Location is very ideal and convenient

Convenient location, near MRT station, near a lot of good food. The air-con cannot be adjusted for some reason, it's freezing cold. Friendly & efficient housekeeping.
