Staff really lovely and friendly. Executive room facilities fantastic. Station near but you need a metro ticket which needs to be purchased in China Town. Taxis were a must for our trip.

Toilet seat didnt really look like it had been cleaned, as soon as I walked in to use the bathroom it looked like dried up pee stains. Other than that it was nice

We had a really good experience, much better than expected from the reviews. The room was large and as pictured. We found the beds comfortable, not hard, AC is adjustable (can even be turned off, though I would not recommend doing that). The metro station is close by. The staff was friendly. If pressed too look for negatives, maybe the bathroom was a bit tired, but not to the point it'd bother us. The price was good, I'd happily stay there again.

The Hotel was rated 4 star in the Expedia website. 1. The room was very small. just wide enough to fit a bed. 2. You literally had to climb on to the bed as there is no room to get in from the site 3. Bathroom had no bath tub as advertised. 4. Not chair to sit on. Would never book this room again. Request Expedia to re grade the hotel an absolute disaster.

The room was terribly designed. Water is everywhere out from the bathroom when taking a shower. When other room flushes, you suddenly hear a loud long annoying sound from your room. Definitely will wake you up multiple times. Luckily I stayed there for only one night. Never consider that place again!

Hotel rooms, lobby and other general facilities were good but the restaurant at level 3 was below average. They served and reused same food every day, hard boiled eggs were cold inside and warm outside, terrible coffee machine and other bakery items were very dry. They need to lift their standards and menu for breakfast items.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel Check in was slow and a little confusing Our room was spacious and comfortable We got a great rate which included drinks and snacks in the bar from 6pm to 8pm and breakfast The hotel is a very short walk to the MRT and to lots of bars and restaurants on the river

I would never recommend to stay here. The rooms are in terrible condition. We swapped rooms 3 times to try find something suitable. In-house internet speed is lousy so you can’t watch Netflix or YouTube. So stuck watching a handful of foreign channels . Poor customer service. Pool area is basic. Mild through out. Nothing positive to say. We travel overseas a lot this was by far the worst hotel we have ever visited.

Good and convenient location! Hotel staff are great, particularly Hershiel - the front desk lady who assisted us from checking in, making sure that my family of 9 are comfortable in our assigned rooms. It’s my family’s first trip to Singapore and she helped us with our queries and everything from Day #1. The only complain that we have is the cleanliness of the room. We arrived around 12 pm at the property after a long day of traveling and having to suddenly change accommodation due to another issue. After we arrived, I asked one of the staff if I could purchase the room online or do it with her now. She said we could do it online and it would be no problem. This was not the case. I then went through the process of booking the room we wanted through Expedia and the process went through. The money had been withdrawn from our card. When we then went over to speak to the staff and notify them that we had booked our room, the staff told us they did not receive the booking on their end. We asked multiple times and waited for a long time for them to allow is to go into our room. We were traveling with two children and asked them if we could enter the room. They refused saying there was nothing they could do. Then we got on the phone with people from Expedia. This was when things somehow became even worse. The Expedia people told me that the transaction has been flagged. I asked them many times what this means and what we should do and what they could do for us. The Expedia person we spoke to said that they face issues regarding “flagged transactions” a lot. They could not do anything for us, talk to the hotel people to let us into our room, offer us any compensation, help in any way. They held us on the phone to tell us the money we had just payed to Expedia will be refunded in 10 working days. We payed the hotel again to get into the room.

The staff was amazing! So helpful and friendly. We are Traveling with a toddler so the indoor play area and pool was a really big hit! Our room was good size and no problem to fit a cot for the little one, however the room was a bit dated and some things could do with renewing and maintenance. Breakfast buffet was really nice with lots of options. We really enjoyed our stay!
