The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. For example, May (from housekeeping department) gave me a towel that wasn't given by default. And Yen Wei (from Reception) helped me print out some important documents related to a COVID testing conducted in Singapore.
However, the internet speed is extremely slow and unstable for video chat or watching Youtube. I have to call the hotel to restart their router every day. The speed may be improved a little bit after restarting, but it's still very slow in general. But in the last two days of my stay (around early Apr, 2022), it seems that the internet is slightly more stable (not sure if anything was improved).
Lastly, there may be some small, but acceptable, noise (from other guests) in the early morning. Probably, they are checking out or leaving their hotel room.
