We did not received the room we purchased from Expedia. The check in and check out experiences were poor at best. The room we stayed in had mold, bad smells in bathroom and carpet and looked old. The hotel lobby and surrounding area were really nice, as were some of the staff in the valet area and concierge service. The two female employees that checked us in and out were really bad at their job and contributed to our bad experience in this property.

It’s nice building in nice location. The customer services and front desk is not up to the expectations. My room had annoying smell. And there was many repeated transactions in my credit cards from front desk and hotel management and I’m still trying to fix it with them !!

Great stay.
Amazing hotel. Their service is either excellent or terrible. Nothing in the middle. But I find this is common in Singapore. General service is terrible. Other than that amazing stay, great technology and I would return.

Front counter Service was not as expected as it's from JW Marriot. Paid for a bay view but was offered a low floor looking into the roof of the opp building Overall nothing close to what I expected from Marriot

Expected more from JW Marriott but lovely stay
Enjoyed the stay. Ample free parking but restricted to one complimentary pass per day and not multiple entries like other hotels I had stayed for Staycations. This is a JW Marriott so I was disappointed that the room didn’t have a Nespresso nor coffee machine. Instant coffee mixes just don’t go well with the hotel brand. Love the breakfast spread and the F&B outlets in the area.
