The building looks nice from the outside, the area is really nice and it's close to subway station. Couple of negatives, the check in counter is on the 12 the floor, not a deal breaker but it's a bit of a hassle to go to 12 the floor and then walk to different elevator across the building to go to your room. The rooms were okay, but cleaning staff didn't resupply our room with soap for 2 days in a row. But they did bring some up promptly after I called front desk. For those that care, the gym is not great. I like working out on my vacations and this gym felt crowded with 3 people in it. There are some local gyms within walking distance but they charge $30 or more per day for drop ins. Overall location is great, lots of great food within 10 min walk.

Stayed here for 5 nights and we absolutely loved the place! The staff were super helpful and friendly. Their service went above and beyond to help us with small requests and make us feel welcomed. The rooms were really modern and clean. There were some days that were too hot to go outside and we are so glad we picked this place to hang out! Would recommend to everyone 10/10

We had a great stay for 3 nights in a Club room. Great view across the city to Chinatown. Breakfast and snacks in the club level were lovely and the staff were all very friendly.

Great location in a quiet area close to Chinatown. Very close to train station and only a couple of train stops to major attractions. Disappointed that the infinity pool was only available for payment of an additional fee. The available pool was a bit shabby. Disappointed that hotel restaurant was closed for a private function.

This hotel is outstanding especially all the staff who go out of their way to make your stay perfect. We stayed in their club room which was excellent with free breakfast etc. It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in my travels. The location is great and walkable to many attractions and restaurants. I cannot speak highly enough though with all the staff & especially the concierge staff on level 1.

Stunning and unique hotel in an excellent location, easy to walk to some areas such as Chinatown and Marina Bay and the excellent and easy to use MTR sytem is 2 mins away to take you further afield. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Especially Lucas who made us feel so welcome on arrival and was so friendly and helpful during our stay. Was surprisingly quiet on a night for such a large hotel. The rooms are well designed and kept clean. Containing kettle, fridge, ironing board, toiletries and even a torch! Spent a wonderful 2 weeks here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Clean and comfortable. There's only one elevator to the lobby floor, so getting up there can be a little slow. A water filling station would also be nice, so you don't have to fill your bottle in the bathroom.

Small Room
We stayed in a superior room. The room was a bit small and faced a residential building where we could see the occupants. So, less privacy. We asked if we can get a better view room but understood that the superior rooms only come with this facing. Our room was also a bit smelly, from the toilet. The pool is small and the water is cold. We’ve ordered drinks for in-room dining and the service was a bit slow. On the other hand, the room rate is competitive compared to the other hotels in this proximity. The location is perfect for us.

The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful. Paying extra for club amenities was totally worth it. Easy to walk to major hawker centers and a short walk to the MRT station and bus station.

Really cool looking hotel from the outside, standard and small rooms in the inside. Slow elevators and a slight musty smell in the rooms. Overall, nothing special in a fancy exterior.
