Parkroyal on beach road was absolutely wonderful, we came to Singapore to explore and for the Grand Prix and this hotel was well places for both. Room very clean and comfortable and checked every day. Much needed air conditioning. Staff so friendly and helpful along with amazing breakfast options

Okay property. Probably 2/3 star not the 4.5 listed in expedia. Damp smell in hallway, room AC not cold enough at the coldest. Staff sufficiently helpful. Would not book again here.

Room on the Club Floor
Stayed a couple nights with my wife in a Club Room. My wife is OCD and she was happy with the room, washroom & cleanliness. The staff at the Club floor and ground floor were amazing. Food & Drinks offered at the Club Lounge was a disappointment. We’ve had much better elsewhere. Breakfast is served at the restaurant on the ground floor. The spread was adequate, nothing to rave about ! The restaurant gets somewhat ‘overwhelmed’ during the last hour (9am -10am), I would recommend going much earlier to avoid the madness. In a nutshell, the room & staff were great ! The F&B management should be replaced !

The area near entrance of the hotel room was wet and slippery. Similar condition observed in other rooms too. Some staff not helpful at all in solving various issues, while some helpful staff are around. Previous requests on room type made through agent was not catered. For the price expedia charged, which was averagely 500 plus per night, i felt the only saving grace was the pool. The breakfast spread was so so, and waited by staff who "could not bring themselves to smile" or even respond to guests like me, who initially were happily greeting them??? No eye contact, clearing used cutleries (so when guests come back with new dishes, they had to go look for new cutleries since the staff were hardly around to provide new ones) Only 1 person at Ginger is very much worthy of mention and that was the Egg station chef today (Saturday) morning. An elderly and super friendly, approachable and welcoming gentleman. A Stark contrast to Yesterday's (Friday) a senior lady whom i literally had to coerce a response from, like a complete reversal of roles there. The guest was like a staff being nice to them who were really like unfriendly guests. I honestly felt like i was back at work myself while on a staycation.

The room was fine and clean. Bathroom was acceptable. But the bed is not comfortable. The TV don’t have many options to use. The refrigerator wasn’t cooling at all

Great stay for 4 days. Staff is very helpful, hotel is very clean and a great view from the pool to the city. Bed was very comfortable and AC was silent, barely amy noise. Location is close to many restaurants and view points.

Nice hotel but got a room with terrible view our shall I say no view at all. The breakfast was one of the better one but the did their best to have a que to the breakfast restaurant and to the coffee machine

We have stayed here many times and have always liked this hotel. The room is large and the location convenient. The hallways are freezing and the room is difficult to set a comfortable temperature. The staff is lovely but the location is changing.
