A nice hotel. Breakfast time was too busy with having to wait for food being topped up. Reception: service was dependent on who you saw, not terrible but some staff went the extra mile.

Enjoyable stay
Very friendly staff and very clean. It was about a 20min walk to novena mrt and 35 min to boon keng mrt. There was a food court and market 6 minutes from the hotel just off balister road with great food at really low prices too. Overall we had an enjoyable stay

The hotel was clean. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast had a good choice. The beds were comfy and rooms big enough for a short stay. We walked to some great very cheap street cafe’s. Took taxi to gardens and shopping centre.

Exceptional-a solid 10!
The hotel is in an excellent location! The bus stop is across from the hotel, Baleister, that leads to a major MRT interchange, Newton. The staff is the best. A shout out to Richard and Ash at the front desk who were so courteous, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They know their way around, know where to send us for sightseeing and were just superstars! Give them a raise already. They are such valued assets, I wish all hotel staff were like them. Our flight arrived early so we were there around 7 am. Not only did they give us the room, they gave us a higher floor. These are important especially since we were there to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and it’s my husband’s first time in Singapore. They made our stay even more special. Thank you so much! We would give them a solid 10 rating. Just excellent. Things that could be improved. There should be an icemaker on each floor and provide more than one set of towels in the room.

Property met our requirements fully except in one area. Room was very clean and well laid out. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Pool was small and shallow overlooking main road. Breakfast was good, lots of choice but no dried fruit of any type available which was disappointing.
