in room dining was terrible,the smoked salmon platter,came in 8 raw fishy smell salmon and 2 pcs of pathetic white bread..how is that called smoked? threw the whole plate away,totally gross

Overrated hotel.
Waited more than 30 mins excluding queue time. Front desk staffs helpful but reservations dept did not update system causes them unable to locate our bookings. Poolside food is packed sandwiches taste worst than 7/11 and served cold. Room door need to use force to open. Shower water turn cold intermittently. Looks new but runs old. Don’t fit into the stars rating.

Good and bad
The check-in/out process are speedy. The scent of the hand soap is very nice! The down sides are that the drinking water needs to be taken from the water dispenser near the lift, housekeeping number is either engaged or no one picks up, and the toothbrush stick is easily bendable making it difficult to brush the teeth well. Lastly, the sound proof isn’t good. Between 12.20am to 2.30am, the guest staying near us (suspected to be upstairs) kept dragging the furniture for about 2 hours which disturbed our sleep.

Beautiful room and great location.
The pictures do not do this hotel justice. Gorgeous room, fantastic decor. Super clean and beautiful views. Love the location and it’s proximity to the casino for my mom.

Beautiful property, clean and spacious rooms. The pool area is lovely and the buffet breakfast was superb. The staff are fantastic! We arrived early expecting checking to be at 2pm we thought the hotel would hold our luggage until check in time and we would occupy ourselves until then. But to our delight they were able checked us in immediately. This was wonderful as we were travelling with an 11 month baby. The restaurant staff were lovely and helpful on the second morning they already had a table prepared for us with a high chair. The concierge staff were also very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Our unpleasant stay at Hotel Ora
We decided to book 2 rooms for 2 nights Staycation at Hotel Ora with my family and nephews from USA. The rooms were clean and ok except that our request for connecting rooms was not met. Also, the swimming pool at Hotel Ora was closed and we were directed to the pool at Hard Rock Hotel. Unfortunately, the pools at Hard Rock Hotel were crowded and dirty. We only swam for a short while and left. What we don't understand is that the pool at Hotel Ora looks perfectly fine and why did the hotel have to close the pool there? Also, breakfast was not available at Hotel Ora itself. We have to walk to Hard Rock Hotel for breakfast which was kind of inconvenience for my aged mother-in-law and young visiting nephews. I would have expected better communication from the hotel to at least inform us about the above. We only found out during checked in. Was quite an unpleasant experience😣😣

Great Hotel
As expected from a new property, there were some teething problems. The restaurant, gym and pool, for example, weren’t functional. This wasn’t an issue as we were allowed to use the HardRock Hotel’s facilities.

ホテルから周辺までの距離もちょうどよく、アクティブに活動後、ホテルで（プール&シャワー）休憩を挟むことで1日充実できました。 スタッフのが皆さん親切！入り口から、受付、プール、朝食嫌な対応をする人に出会わなかった。 子供達にもすごく優しい。気が効く人が多い。 部屋がオシャレで、清潔。窓を開けて感じる、海外のリゾート！の雰囲気を十分に味わうことができました。
