The staffs were friendly & helpful, especially the one who serve me named Pop. The hotel itself has not much facility except the swimming pool. But its convenience to train station & malls, just a few mins walk.

Nice hotel in the WEST of Singapore
I arrived during the midnight for the check-in. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean and welcoming. Very Impressed and would recommend folks to choose Genting Hotel. Esp for those that are on business trips working in Jurong area. It was very convenient for me to get to Clementi where the goal of my trip is to accomplish some errands there. Super easy to get out and go back to as well.

One of the very Average Hotels in Jurong. There are no other Hotels nearby . Breakfast is too ordinary. the prices are high comparing to services and hotel provided . worst situation is that the people deal only on mails and phone . so difficult to communicate.

It was a very convenient location to walk to public transportations. A couple of things I recommend for improvement are to offer more than one filtered water spot and better door closing. Me and my roommate made sure the door was closed every night but one morning we noticed the door was opened. Not sure what exactly happened.

Rooms in Genting Hotel Jurong are decent, but disappointing for this room which we have booked, which was the most expensive room being offered by the hotel. This room is able to sleep 4pax, but lacks the luxury feel. It does not have a work station, a space for a sofa area to relax, nor it has a bathtub. Also, during our enquiries made before our booking, we were also told that we would be given complimentary car park access. After checking in, to our disappointment, the complimentary car park were limited to 1 ticket (1x car park exit) per night's stay only. Additional trips in, and out during the course of the day, would be on your own expenses. And to make things even worse, the hotel management has replied me on my Google review posted, that they actually allow 1 carpark ticket to be redeemed per exit. They are a confused team, who are not customers centric.

Dear Mr Merwin,Thank you again for your feedback which is similarly to the one you have written on Google.We have went through the reply and we believe that the sentence on the carpark was not well explained.Firstly we would like to apologize again for the confusion, and we would like to explain in detail with regards to the carpark entitlement for our Inhouse guests. Guests are entitled for multiple exits for the carpark but we required guests to approach the reception to collect the exit car pass at the reception every time before they wanted to exit from the carpark. We do have given out additional carpark passes to guests who have requested due to their busy schedule. However we still issue out on per day basis. This is because of the expiry date of the car passes which we need to monitor and ensure that guests are not charged wrongly due to the expiry.Mr Merwin, we hope that we are clear on our explanation and we would like to apologize if this was not explained properly. Hotel staff were friendly and polite. Shopping malls are within walking distance. Environmental-friendly hotel. Water and ice dispenser can be found on all levels. Provided complimentary carpark too if you are driving. Overall a good experience staying there for a week.

Was greeted by the receptionist name Ranny when check in, very friendly & professional, since I did requested for early check in when making booking at Expedia, she proceeded it within 15 minutes, check in done. Nice room, clean & comfortable bed, a bit small bath room but in average, satisfied with what I paid. Will sure stay at the same hotel if I visit Jurong East again.

Beautiful hotel and cozy room. Deluxe rooms were missing coffee machines which is a bummer. Staff will ting infinite door bells for room service if you do not put DND or even start calling on the room line. Got my sleep spoiled a couple nights over a 2 week stay. Overall experience was good!
