Upon arrival, the greeters and reception were not that welcoming. We expected at least someone asking, "How can we help you?"
Being new to the Resorts World especially during the pandemic, we hoped we would have been asked about what attractions were open and how to get around and book a date and time to visit them. As well as what safety protocols are in place.
Also, since it was still the holiday season, there were a few attractions closed for maintenance that we had paid a booking for and didn't find out about until we arrived at the attraction and they were closed.
The room was a little run down with parts in shower detached and old shower curtain. The toilet was hard to flush and overall smell and air quality was musky.
