"We loved our stay here. The property is serene and beautiful, and the room was unique, comfortable and clean. Lara, Anna and a few others from the breakfast staff were amazing to our children and so helpful in accommodating our trip. We would love to visit again - will just note there is some inflexibility from upper management / ownership when it comes to emergency cancellations (as experienced by others on our trip), so please note based on your travel plans. "The hotel is truly as you see it in the images! The pool is massive and the beach is wonderful. We stayed with our 11&14year olds and they thought the location was awesome, and loved the breakfast. The room we had was spacious and perfect for all of us! You can easily pop to restaurants and the grocery store (we had a car), and the views from every space are gorgeous!"

"This was my 2nd time staying here. It is super cute and close to some of the palaces. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful! There are two staff members that we loved both stays. Dulce is so funny and kind hearted. She is the reason we returned. She is amazing! We also love Ruta! Very sweet! Ruta is very kind. We love both of these amazing ladies!
