checkin process, reservation system error
Hotel's facilities are perfect, which is room and resturant, pool, garden. But check in process has big problem. it is not a first time for me. two month ago when I visited here was similar. at that time, hotel couldnt find my reservation, and this time my room was not allocated. it looks your, hotels.com, problem, not Hyatt. and my friend visit here together with me also has problem which cannot find his reservation.

Not worth it for the money
The bed was not good. The stuff in the restaurant and reception were nice, but in the SPA and the rest of the hotel not friendly. Tha pool in the SPA was cold and half of the facilitys did not work. This is second time we se that in the hotel. There was a unpleasant smell in the SPA as well. The food was really good.

Bad stuff: Parking was completely packed, had to circle several times and stop far away from the hotel in the end. No towels in spa, we were given some rugs. Service in resturant was not engaged at all had to look for them few times. No children playground or place inside, lots of children were running around lobby screaming and playing while there was no other place to sit for a coffee or drink, can hardly hear your own voice from all the noice. Had to wait for waiter in lobby bar and ask for order on the bar in the end. Good stuff: check-in was excellent, room was good, view was awesome, location is very good, Spa is good, but there are some broken showers not working and salt missing from the salt steam bath.

Breakfast and dinner included in stay, but strangely they charge for drinks with dinner. Great variety of food and very tasty! Great views on the mountains. Clean, spacious and modern rooms with a balcony! King bed turned out to be two single beds pushed together, not ideal. Wifi was slow.

Lack of an a la carte restaurant alternative to busy buffet restaurant and only bar is in reception area which is a corridor to go outside to patio area. Bar and restaurant staff seemed to be stressed and too busy to take your order or follow-up. Nobody had the time to even smile and respond to questions. Same waiter who dropped a glass at door to patio took 20 minutes to clear it up after many people walked over it, very dangerous as many children running around!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The views, the hotel, the experience are all great. The value for money also helps. Food, both breakfast and the dinner were of a good standard. Loved my morning view and the lake just makes it better. Full spa and clean gym facilities were also a big lure.

Really lovely hotel.
Enjoyed our stay there very much - For the market place they are attracting they need to get their pool/snooker table recovered our personal view of course. . The staff and everything else about the hotel made up for it though. However for the price was surprised they had let that one slip as everything else was perfect and most enjoyable. Golf is expensive compared to Uk which has many beautiful courses. However we will say the golf course here was lovely Our experience regarding the staff at the golf club also was most most enjoyable, they were very goodm helpful and a pleasure to spend the experience with Hope this helps

N'importe quoi...
Le cadre est beau, extérieurement l'hôtel et son jardin le sont aussi. Belle piscine intérieure, chambre propre malgré des meubles et une literie dans un état lamentable.. Une moitié du personnel en sous-nombre fait son travail, notamment Radi à l'accueil ; l'autre moitié peut être odieuse. Le petit-déjeuner et le buffet du dîner inclus sont heureusement d'un niveau surprenant. Car hélas l'entretien de l'hôtel et des parties communes laisse incroyablement à désirer... Toilettes communes cassées et d'une saleté horrible, tapis au bout du rouleau, ascenseurs sales, et le summum, le spa, superbe mais repoussant de crasse, de matériel qui traine, locaux techniques ouverts etc... Scandaleux. On a l'impression d'un hôtel qu'on laisse couler.

Viele Sport und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Schwimmbad, Fitness, Spa mit Saunen und Dampfbädern, Tennis, Golf. Tolles Buffet bei allen Mahlzeiten. Allerdings nun etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht alles weiterhin perfekt gepflegt.
