All staff were friendly and very welcoming, ensuring i had the best time. However the star of the show was... PANDE. He is the most nicest person in the world. He is very professional and always greets you with the biggest smile. He catered to all my needs and more. 5 star service to be said. If i ever had a hotel business i would want someone like that to work with me. I cant thank and praise him enough. He was amazing and a great asset to kaisa villas. "Me and my wife had a wonderful experience staying in the villa. You have a own private pool and you dont have any tall building beside the compound so there’s still some privacy. The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror. The tiles at the pool require cleaning Aircon is not cold"
