I am pleased to share that since earlier this year, we have implemented a program to replace all bed and bath linen, and it appears that the items in your particular room were overlooked, which I have shared with the Housekeeping Manager and his team for greater vigilance in ensuring that our standards are maintained. To further demonstrate our appreciation for our loyal guests, we have recently introduced a Guest Recognition Program with enhanced benefits. With regard to the hand towels, they are available upon request - they were removed to reduce the clutter in the bathrooms, while also limiting the environmental impact of our daily laundry requirements, as part of our global "green" initiative. I would be happy to ensure that your room is stocked with hand towels (and any other amenities) for your future stays. Whilst I appreciate your concerns, I do hope that you will afford us the opportunity to prove ourselves better hosts.
