방도 크고 깨끗합니다. 주변 지역이 유흥가라 창문을 열어 놓기가 힘듭니다. 반면 접근성은 좋습니다. 호텔 서비스도 나쁘지 않습니다.

절반의 만족, 절반의 실망
기본적으로는 가격대비 훌륭한 숙소입니다. 주차공간도 생각보다 넉넉한 수준이고, 객실의 넓이도 충분히 만족스러운 수준입니다. 그렇지만 묵었던 숙소의 세면대가 배수가 잘 이루어지지 않았고, 락스를 활용해 청소를 한 뒤 환기가 충분히 되지 않아 덜 마른 빨래들이 방안에 잔뜩 있는 듯한 냄새도 났습니다. 육안상의 청결함에 비해 냄새가 난다는 점은 흠이라고 할 수 있겠습니다. 호텔의 잘못은 아니지만, 호텔이 위치한 곳이 수원에서도 상당한 번화가로 심야까지 술을 마시거나 유흥을 즐기는 사람들이 많은 곳입니다. 이 근방에서 스스럼없이 불법적 성매매를 제안하는 사람들이 많았습니다. 여행하실 때, 가족들과 함께 묵기에 좋은 숙소는 아니라고 보입니다.
