We stayed with 2 kids for 5 nights. It was a great accomodatiin. Room and toilet bathroom was very celan and neat and tidy. The room was big spacious for 4 people. Breakfast was standard continental buffet. Parking was good. Train station was only 5 minutes walking. 7 11 was on the way to the station so can get the Opal in there. There were some restaurants and fastfood chain just outside the hotel and petrol station. Access to freeway or motorway just around the corner. Very good location for a hotel.

Great for an overnight stay. This is the second time we stayed there as there was no need to go into the CBD. Staff were good, lots of parking and a handy location. Breakfast buffet was also pretty decent. Other than the glass bathroom wall which they cannot do anything about, a good property.

ideally located for me and usually perfect in all areas, but the room I had this time, the bathroom, shower in particular was dirty and did not look like it had been cleaned despite the fresh towels. It was also very noisy and I don't normally hear much. Hopefully just a one off.

Esta lejos de las playas, pero tiene buenas opciones de transporte, esta cerca el Meteo y estaciones de buses. El Centro Comercial queda a 20 minutos caminando. Es un sector tranquilo, el hotel tiene buen servicio y la habitación comoda y limpia.

It's very clean from the lobby to the room to the restaurant. The check-in & check-out was quick and the staff were nice and informative. The buffet breakfast has a great selection and has menu variations daily. The room is spacious with Cloud9 soft beds and abundant pillows. The cabinet was huge with plenty of hangers. The drawers beside the refrigerator were huge too. There's a long console table to put your things on. The couch was large and comfortable and there's a good size table and chair for eating. The shower/bathroom is clean. They have newspapers daily in the lobby which is a . The rooms are spotless everyday. We stayed before, during and after Christmas and the hotel, especially the staff, were excellent. We had a lovely stay.

The property is very conveniently located for places I needed to go on the upper North Shore, in addition to being close to Macquarie Shopping Centre. There was no SOAP available for the handbasin, so you have to lean over the bath for the shower gel. The toilet paper is VERY thin. The housekeeping staff were fine and the ethnic Australian front desk staff fine, but the Asian front desk staff not so much.

The only thing I could say as I don’t think the air conditioner was working properly we told reception on checkout. A lovely place to stay. Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and all staff in Dining room and reception were so helpful

Staff are super friendly and efficient. We had a slight disturbance with a noisy neighbour, however the security personnel dealt with the issue immediately and we were able to have a peaceful sleep. Dining room staff were also lovely and helpful. The only improvement I would suggest is to add a bathmat in the bathtub. It was so slippery that our little girl slipped.

Very disappointed with check in time. We were two families driving from Brisbane to go to NRL Grand Final. We rang the week leading up to our arrival to confirm checkin time & explained our situation to be told 3pm. We also rang several times on the day & told we might be able to get earlier checkin time. We arrived at 1.30pm & told to wait & it probably won’t be until 3pm. At 2.30pm one family of our group got their room while we continued to wait & told it should only be about 10mins. 1 hour later & still no room. During this time we kept inquiring & told 5-10mins. By now we were running out of time & had to had impose on our friends to have showers, change & leave our baggage in their room. I inquired again on our way out to game at about 4.15-4.30pm as we would need a key for when we returned later that night after the game. Finally I was given a key but unfortunately too late to use before we left or even put our bags in. This experience was very disappointing. A 3pm checkin would have been enough time for us. I understand that there is a check in time but if you say 3pm I don’t expect it to be 1 1/2 hrs later.
