We enjoyed the rooms and how the place was set up, but in the bathroom the shower was leaking. I wish there was a better alternative like the staff having checked our room before our stay. but in conculsion the hotel was lovely.

Bit disappointed this time, broken blinds (gave up asking for repair) leaking shower, erratic housekeeping. VIP access???? Doubt we will return, the shine has gone

Great location walking distance to darling harbor, circular quay, opera house, museums. Trolly car abd sudway system very close by.

Excellent location, walking distance to the tourist harbors. The hotel is on a property that is almost a city of its own, with restaurants, stores, bars, pharmacy, etc. All within walking distance. Good experience, this hotel is recommended, if you enjoy walking. Streetcar and subways are also within a few blocks.

Friendly staff. Some small deferred msintenance in room 2640 - shower mixer came off at times; hand basin plug didn’t work; hinge cover on tiolet seat missing; some carpet stains - however generally well decorated room and hotel location is good

They put us in a room close to the elevator as we requested. Room was clean. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a lot of food choses. The front desk and concierge personnel were very helpful. The hotel is a great location right oh the heart of World Square and very close to the BiG Bus stops.

Pros: property is centrally located, lots of choices for dining and shopping around the area, close to major attractions and transport. Hassle free check in and check out . Value for money. Cons: the family room we were in was a bit dated, the window blind was broken and cannot be adjusted.

Great location
Much better experience than last stay here so will vonsuder the first stay an exception rather than the norm. Location is great with plenty of food options nearby and public transport only a short walk. Room was clean, bed was comfy. The king bed had 2 pillows per side while the singke beds only 1. Shower water pressure was good and ample toiletries privided. Can get a bit of street noise especially on a friday or sat night but it wasnt bad.

Dust covered surfaces. Tired bathroom. "12th" floor of actual 1st level, and our room looked over internal rooftop with no sheer curtain for privacy. Bathroom sink is the only water source. Expensive. Good location though.
