Please be advised full cleaning service we provided including change the bed sheet, top up amenities and empty the rubbish. If our housekeeping found the floor is dirty during the service, they will also provide vacuum service. It is guest own reasonable to tidy up the room as we have strict policy that the staff is not allowed to touch guest's belongs. We are sorry to hear our furniture choice is not up to your standard. The reason we choose not fit in too many furniture in the room is we want our guest to have a bigger space during the stay and make they more comfortable and relax. Veriu Broadway has a very strict no party policy and we have arrangement with local security company to assist us monitor any noise complaint during the after hour period. Unfortunately, we have less control over street noise due to the property is allocated in the city centre area. however, will do our best to allocate a room in a quieter location if you request upon booking. After the investigation, we confirmed the room we provided is the same room you booked on the third party website. We are sorry that our in room kitchen is not met your expectation as the room size is only 56m2 and we have limitation for the size of the kitchen and we do apologies that we were unable to provide other room to you during the stay due to the availability. For the cutlery set up, we have addressed this to our housekeeping department to make sure they provide enough amenities reflected to the total number of guest. Furthermore, we have reviewed our maximum capacity set up for the deluxe one bedroom and had notified Expedia to reduce to maximum 3 guests only. As explained to you, the booking confirmation we received from Expedia is already included the extra child fee for the entire stay which included extra bed set up. The amount we charged is based on the confirmation we received and we never receive modified confirmation from Expedia after our team response to them on the phone.
