"Hotel beds are way too firm! However the hotel will provide a topper if requested to make the bed softer! Starbucks in lobby! Lobby on 5 th floor so need to take separate elevator to go to room! Best black out curtains ever! Good wifi! Good breakfast! Shower only no tub! Wheel chair accessible entrance from the side! My favourite hotel in hkg is the ibis sheung wan! Just please make the mattresses softer! "

"Overall had a great time! The room was as advertised, we were on a higher floor so could not hear noise from downstairs bar or outside. We were allowed to check in quite a bit early which was greatly appreciated. Staff were friendly."

"Stay here was fantastic. I got upgraded to a suite room which came with a king bed and a queen sofa bed and two full bath. Clean, bright, many restaurants and shopping close by. MTR is about 7 mins walk, 2 blocks from hotel. Definitely stay here again. Taxi was about $250 from airport."
