"Needing to relax and be refreshed, we stayed at Koi Resort for 21 nights! The beauty and tranquillity were just what we needed. The breakfasts are great! Also appreciated were the good shopping advice and transportation between Koi Retreat and Hoi An Old Town (5 Km one way). Don’t bother with the free kayaks - the small space to use these is laughable. We had some problems with housekeeping but these were resolved when we spoke to Tracy. Highly recommended!"

"This is an awesome hotel which led to an wonderful stay for us. The location is very close to old town and night market. The staff were extremely at best with their customer service. Buffet breakfast has lots of varieties and outstanding service. Our VIP access was recognized from the beginning to the end of our stay. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone. "
