I had an allergic reaction to the room .... dust mites??? Very odd. I was also charged double for the prepaid breakfast as a solitary traveller. This seems normal but is still dishonest.

A Relaxing holiday.
A very comfortable stay with helpful & friendly staff. The restaurant in the hotel provides excellent breakfast selection and very good dinner choices. The room is huge with good layout and comfortable except the front glass door panel does not offer good sound insulation and the sound from the vehicles can be a bit disturbing in the early evening. Perhaps something can be done to improve the sound insulation. The location is good, particularly for golfers as it is just across the road from Cameron golf course

Great place for relaxing
Love the ambience. Breakfast was great but I think its abit expensive. Staff was helpful & curteous. Managers are friendly. Near to pasar malam & easy excess to other anminites.

not what I expected
I booked a deluxe room at this hotel. When I arrived I was given a musty-smelling run-down room. The carpet was dirty and ripped, the furniture old and stained, the lamps tilted and ugly and the "art work" on the wall appalling. I had to speak with reception to remind them what category of room I had paid for before I was moved to a better room. It was difficult to get a bar of soap, a roll of toilet paper, extra water, and two drinking glasses. They never brought the second glass. The breakfast was decent. There was a sign that guests would be charged per 100 grams for wasted food. It seems like this hotel is struggling. The internet failed a few times as well as the power in the breakfast room. I would not return to this hotel.

1. this hotel is located between tanah rata and brinching, so convenience to go to pasar malam and nearby attractive location.but due to school break, you will experience bumper to bumper. 2. breakfast meals are quit good. 3. got dinner promotion with for 2 pax, but the staff will promo their signature beverage that cost higher than promotion dinner rate. we tried steamboat promotion, quit ok, just nice portion for 2 4. room quit ok, even with old equipment

Good hotel with nice staff
The check-in and out processes are really fast and easy. The room is clean and big but the bathroom is a bit small. The buffet breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Good promotion for dinner too. The staff were really nice and friendly. However, the wifi is real bad, can't be connected. Few mosquitoes were found in the room too.

We enjoyed staying here and the views, looking out to the hills, were stunning! It was a bit like staying with a house proud, older aunt. It was very homely and welcoming. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a family room, which was enormous, and my children took full advantage of the space! The balcony was lovely, although the mosquitoes prevented us from using it fully. We had hotel food both nights and enjoyed all our meals here. We had both the a la carte breakfast and the buffet breakfast. Both were great. Plenty of choice and anything extra that you wanted, they'd bring it for you. The soft boiled eggs were interesting, practically raw. They were made in an egg boiler plastic filter contraption. Very clever but it doesn't cook the egg! :-( We all enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it.

Nice dinner place and pleasant stay
Didn't want the dinner at the hotel at first cos we thought the food gonna be average. But due to our upgrade, dinner was included in the promotion package and we went ahead with the steamboat dinner on the first night. Must say that the steamboat was awesome with the tomyam soup base and chicken soup! The service staff was awesome too, credit to the waiter that serves us that night. Overall clean nice place, recommend to take the balcony room as it offer a far more pleasant expereince.

Nice location overlooking the golf course with our own balcony, facilities OK but a little tired and needing a refurb. It would have been nice to have been greeted with a smile at least, but we found it hard work.

we were disturbed by mosquitos at the first night. After feedback to the front desk next morning, no more mosquito appeared in the next 2 days of stay. WiFi coverage in the room was not so good.

Enjoy the holidays here. Receptionist not so friendly. No porter service. We dragged our own bags, and the ramp wan slippery ( it was raining), and my daughter slipped and fall. That reception guy just sit in his chair behind the desk, only looking at us while I get my fallen daughter. Service soooo poor. But the staff in dining area were polite and helpful. Breakfast was ok, but on 2nd day, we went a bit late (8.30am), and the food was basically gone. Only few dishes available. Wifi good. Location good, provided u have transport.
