Basic Accommodation in The Hague
Very basic room. Bath towels minute - size of normal hand towels and inadequate. Shower OK but no extractor fan so whole room steamed up quickly. Room on ground floor very noisy when other guests return. I would classify this hotel as student style accommodation.

Aweful and dirty
I know the hague well and hotels can be expensive especially in summer. However this should not be the reason to cash in on every circumstance. Be aware of restricted checkin for only 3 hours per day otherwise you will pay a fee. The room itself was ok, needs updating as kitchen is old. Towels supplied were tiny.and one was dirty, same for the toilet. Staff can access rooms easily and one walked in on me whilst I was changing...overall not recommended

Not the best place to stay...
Pros: - Near local transportations (20mins to city center) - Good balcony - Close to the beach Cons: - Terrible hotel staff (some of them are totally unfriendly) - Horrible housekeeping staff - Irregular room cleaning (one time every three days) - One of the housekeepers told us that you are supposed to clean your own room - Noise resulted from hard maintenance work

Good location, poorly managed
Location of hotel is very good room with river view, close to beach and madurodam (miniature park) and tram service. Having said that, it is poorly managed property.There is no co-ordination between staff. We paid while checking in but were asked to pay again as there was different person at the reception. Also it say free breakfast but there is no such thing there!!! We parked the car inside the property but then later we were told to remove it as it was reserved for somebody else. The staff is not well behaved.

No parking facility. We parked our car outside. check in time 3 to 6oclock..We came late. Our room was booked for someone. lots of confusion. Needs improvement for staff management.

It was great we had great accessibility to senter bc it was easy to go wherever from the hotel and the beach is 8 mins walk from there so that was convinient and great.

Good but staff attitudes vary.
Very comfortable and convenient with a clean bedroom and bathroom. Beautiful location and easily accessible. However, staff communication and attitudes varied vastly. Whilst one would be helpful and welcoming, when the shift changes it is likely that another will be rude and dismissive. Overall, a pleasant hotel with one or two problems with communication.

Horrible!!!!!!!! Spend your money elsewhere
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I'm still battling it out for my refund. The plumbing in our room was horrible!!!!!! The shower would not drain and in the morning the toilet was overflowing with feces comming out. I was not even able to go back in the bathroom to collect my toiletries. It was absolutely disgusting and when we went to complain about it first thing in the am all they said was sorry and the would give me a refund o vw the owner returned from holiday. To make matters worse they charged the plumbers fee to my credit card for another 120$$$. I have been calling for over 2 weeks along with hotels.com customer service and email everyday with no response back from the hotel. Everytime I call the hotel the owner is "out" . I'm beyond annoyed with the service I have not received. Do not stay here I do not want anyone to go through this BS like I have had to. If I could use a negative number to overall rate this craphole I would.
