Worst experience ever : after a night travelling when we arrive at the resort the gate was locked no one around to explain anything, in a middle of nowhere without any luggage because they have been delays when we were in Dubai for a flight connection what were we suppose to do?
Our luggage were suppose to be delivered at the resort address in the next 24 hours but the resort was shut. We were in the panic state and my husband was having problem with his breathing.
When we contact you did not do anything about it.
Really it was a worst nightmare ever.
