The property is extremely run down. Our room stunk really bad. The heat was cranked and it felt like a sauna when we walked in. I tried to adjust the thermostat and nothing happened. The wall was peeling and the floor was filthy. My kids were excited for the water slide but it was only open Friday-Sunday. We left and went to a different hotel.

Room need upgrade for sure, I find an empty pepsi bottle when try to move the couch, carpet is pretty dusty, pillow horrible. Washroom smell unpleasant. The staff is good water park and swimmping pool need to do deep clean. When I was the hot tub wasn't working thats kinda upset me and the family. Over all the hotel need upgraded.

Old furniture, dubious bed sheets that looked wrinkled and stained. I changed my initial room where it was obvious the bed sheets haven't been changed. The second room was a bit better but still very wrinkled. If the bedsheets were changed it means the hotel uses a very rudimentary laundry facility. Sofas and carpets very used and dirty. The mattress wasn't confortable, same for the pillows. Very hot inside the room (towards the inside of the building facing the pool). Noise from the pool machines. The bathroom was clean. Definitly not the best, but the only available with an airport shuttle at the time I booked. Not happy with the price paid and definitely not happy with the extra 40 $ paid for Expedia's booking service.
