Locker room is missing a swim suit dehydrator. I am used to seeing one at every swimming pool in almost every country, at least in Asia or Arabia, so I was very surprised.

I paid extra money for breakfast unfortunately staff reused the left over food for the next morning breakfast. Please cook fresh food. Don’t use your left over food in the next morning.

No aircon for the room as staff mentioned due to weather all hotels turn off their aircon which turn out to be fake news as my other colleague staying in another hotel with aircon. The room was really bad with dead fly lying around and the cafe at ground floor don’t open in time.

Horrible hotel. Many things in the super damp room did not work properly. It is cold in Mongolia, I expect a warm room for this price.

Staff are liers
Staff lied about pool being opened, it was closed. Which was our main purpose of purchasing the stay with hotel. Outside of that, very old furniture and extremely dirty windows that you cant see or enjoy the view of the city.

This lady at the reception was very unprofessional and rude to guest. She screamed across the lobby at me, when I was only trying to get to the elevator. When guest was asking about direction she just pointed to this way take the elevator to the 23rd floor without even hearing what their question is. This man was trying to get to the 12th floor but she won’t even listen to him. She was very unprofessional

Staff was wonderful. The location is excellent. The rooms are a bit tired and need some TLC. The carpets were a bit dirty looking as was the bathroom. The wall paper is torn and also in need of some repair. Overall a good place, but the room I stayed in needs to be fixed up.

This was my second stay in a week. I checked out, moved to a distant location for the meeting and returned as my overnight"er" before airport. Language difference qas the biggest barrier. I had a different room, the walls need some attention as the wall paper is peeling off! However good amenities in room, comfortable bed, ideally located hotel.

I often stay at this hotel and usually have a comfortable experience. However, this time, I have mixed feelings. Most of the front desk staff members are very professional, friendly, and helpful as usual, but there are a few who are not. I would appreciate it if the manager could provide them with further training. Additionally, I would like to address the cleanliness of the sauna and bathing facilities. They were dirty and even had an unpleasant odor. I hope that the sauna will be clean and well-maintained during my next visit!

I enjoyed my stay at the Blue Sky hotel, the tallest building in UB. It is centrally located and right in front of the Sükhbaatar square. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating, specifically Nara at the front desk. She politely answered all my questions about the hotel and the area and she provided great recommendations. She also arranged my airport transportation which is offered at the hotel. The breakfast is great, they have a breakfast buffet and you can also choose cooked breakfast with scrambled eggs and pancake. At the 23rd and 24th flr there is a sky lounge where you get a good view of UB. Overall, it was a great experience. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel
An incredible stay. New years eve staying for the 1 night so i only had to walk across the road to my hotel. Great service, and gift for New Years. An incredible bed and Great bathroom. Breakfast was well worth it and the coffee was fantastic The staff are top notch. A must stay hotel

I liked the location, the property is in the heart of Ulaanbaatar. I didn't like that I was charged an early check-in fee, when they never mentioned that there would be one. I felt tricked when I checked out. Had I known that there was an early check-in fee, I would have waited a few more hours.

I think the general policy for enforcing total nights as booked originally creates inflexibility to travellers especially business travellers. I had health concern and requires to check out earlier to catch change in flight schedule. However, the hotel enforces a penalty on my situation and agreed to waive half of charges after negotiation. In overall, it’s a bad experience at all.

I expected a bit more from I Prefer Hotel chain. There was no bar booked for private parties.Comeon what about hotel guesstest at least could of opened a bar for hotel guestes, ratehr than booking off so many private parties...

Clean and convenient hotel
Very decent hotel. Hotel location was very central and easy to get to the Genghis Khan square and easy walks to nearby museums. Room was modern, clean and comfortable.

Big modern hotel, could do with some tlc
Huge hotel but not really up to the 4.5 star label. Took an age to check-in as the systems were offline, then the room smelled of smoke, so we switched rooms. Once that was done it was fine - decent room, big bed and most importantly a decent shower (as we'd been out in the desert).

The location is perfect. Unfortunately did not have a chance to use the pool or the sky lounge though over all it was satisfactory stay. The staffs are nice and helped a lot in helping a personal interest to try to find a stray cat got in a car in near-by building. The staffs are well trained and the responses is always good. However if they look more friendly would be super. It is not a complaint and just a matter of preference I guess.

Really nice hotel centrally located. Nice restaurant options. Good rooms. Lovely pool. Grumpy as I write this as they didn’t tell me about a 430 am military practice on Sunday morning in the square! But otherwise would ha e been excellent
