"The rooms are clean and spacious enough - the floor was super slippery in the bedroom but not a major problem for us once aware. The property was very quiet and the garden pools area really nice, perfect to relax. We didn't try the food as we were meeting friends out etc. and the restaurant didn't seem open. The area is not the busiest which is nice but also not a lot within walking distance - small convenience store, a tiny cafe (Umalas Brew, good coffee) if you need and one spa/restaurant only. But there's a lot only a short ride away!"

"BEWARE! Do not stay here tourists! I found insects crawling on my bed. There were toe nails on the floor! I found blood on the sheets. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff is also rude, especially the guy who wears glasses and has no hair. Told him my ac wasn’t working and he came and started shouting at me. Worst stay ever! "

"Always a good place to stay! The hottest pool in bali is a diwn fall. Otherwise staff are great and always willing to help! The only dissapionting part was someone stole my wifes pjs while we were in thialand. Otherwise all good."
