"This hotel was really an unexpected treat! We got upgraded and had a really nice room. The Spa is a blast! Beside the regular onsen pool there was an outside hot pool, sauna(!) with cold plunge pool and most exciting: The interstellar lounge with open air top deck pool with relax pods! This was definitely one of the best insensitive I ever visited and I have seen a few! The lounge with the small but delicious food and drinks menu was also great. "

"Minutes from Station and Morning Market. Nice 10 minute walk to Red Brick shopping, and another 10 minutes to the Old Public Hall, the Ropeway. Room was clean, and larger than normal Japanese hotel. Enjoyed onsen on 18th floor which had an outdoor option."

"The hotel is fairly new. It is Stones Throw from the train station. Just beyond the train station is the morning market in Hakodate. And nearby there is a nice walk along the waterfront Esplanade. Adjoining the hotel is a Yokocho or shopping dining area. There is also dining and coffee shop in the train station. So it’s very convenient."

The buffet breakfast at the hotel is extraordinary. Five stars."
