It was great, it was off the highway and it was a two way road so we didn’t have to loop all the way around to get to it. Really clean, breakfast was good and staff super friendly!
This was my second stay here. While both were great the second was by far better. Kudos to the management for reading the reviews and finally maintaining the breakfast bar and keeping it stocked during the hours listed. Thank you!

Room temperature and accommodations were adequate.
This place is horrible, the minute you walk in stinks they have mothballs in every corner of the entry way, the front desk girl was super friendly.
Went to check our room and found bed bugs, we demanded a refund and got it but I don't know how this place is still open.

Sorry this happened We have our motel sprayed by Orkin Pet Control every month and they just sprayed 2 days before your arrival and that room has been rented everyday for the last 2weeks and no one has complained about the room everyone has had good reports of how clean the room and of hotel is kept How a wonderful and blessed day
Most everything was as we expected it would be, from Best Western. Due to the cold day on our arrival, room number 222 was chilly, set at 62. We had some time to be in our room and visit with family from the kid rodeo, then watch a bit of TV. With the exterior wall mounted heater and fan, the continuous air movement from the heater unit was always blowing the top curtain valance up and down in a way that was very, very annoying, and taking away from a calm conversation or even watching TV. Take it down!! TC

We didnt stay. We tried to cancel a week before and the owner said no. I realize we booked a non cancel night but our family member got Covid and we had to cancel. We tried to trade for anotrher BWest hotel in Houston and were denied. Our team wont be using BW anytime soon.
I asked if we could check in early but the gentleman up front was rude and said they had been full night before. I was about 130pm and maybe 5 cars in the parking lot. They wont see us again.
Discourtesies people who were rude on ignorant and lacked any understanding of what had occurred because of EXPEDIA's system flaw. No manager on duty to try to discuss. I am just as angry at Expedia and your customer "bot" service, which was/is a joke. I will never use Expedia or stay at a Best Western again. I have filed a dispute regarding the $158.19 charge. I paid the $9.00 for the cancellation option but because I was trying to deal with your "bot" for 45-60 minutes, I missed the 4:00 deadline to cancel. You can contact me if you like but I have given complete statements to Chase regarding the charge to my account for the $158.19 charge. Expedia, your service is horrible and Best Western, hire some people who can communicate.

You made a reservation with 24 hours cancellation policy and you did not cancel in time, therefore Hotel charged for Reservation cancellation charges.
Horrible service !! Charged a deposit and won’t return it and manager is very rude and disrespectful, I booked my room one month in advice and when I checked in they said they were over booked and all they didn’t have double bed like o had reserved so they gave me a king size bed and manager say we only have this room in front of their washer and dryers so it’s going to be noisy but take or leave it!! I give them a one 1

Didn't appreciate paying $125 plus tax for a room that had mold all above the shower. Seems like a BW Plus should hold higher standards. Kind of gross to be cleaning your body when surrounded by mold. That was room 210. Otherwise, beds were comfortable and decor pleasant.

Front desk was incredibly rude. No explanation on the hold on the credit card. Did not refund the entire amount of the hold and no explanation as to way the full amount was not returned. Kept getting the manager will call you back.
