I wish someone would have written a review like this before we stayed at this unit. The area and the complex are fantastic. It was a great hub for day trips to all parts of the island. The complex pool, proximity to the beach, and the great little grocery store were all fantastic. If you can choose another unit within this complex I would highly suggest that.
There is such potential for this unit as it backs to a lovely open space, but it is really clear the the owners do not care about the comfort and convenience of the guests. All of the furniture is old and outdated and very sparse. I think my husband's college house kitchen was better equipped than this kitchen. Nothing matched and it seemed like it was supplied with the leftover items of the last day of a garage sale. I say this as the owner of a short-term rental where we have invested a lot time, effort, and money in the comfort and convenience of our guests. I have to say the interior of this unit was a massive disappointment. When booking chose a unit in this complex where the owners actually care about the guests.
The property managers were great and we had no issues - the unit was clean and the property manager/cleaners did the best they could with what the owners offered.
