This property can be rated 0. Amount I paid to stay there for 2 night is not worth it at all. Time I check in Customer Service was horrible. When I was at front desk to check in I have the reservation ask my name that's it after that she did not communicate with in and check me in give me keys and went outside smoking with other off duty reps.
There is lots of problem with this property
- NOT CLEAN at all
- Entire property Smell horrible like smoke, weed,
Marijuana, Food, and much more time you walked in to
the property
- Requested Room Service - Did not received
- Request Towel - Never received but I have to argue
and fight at front desk to get towel
- Smoke alarm went off every 5 min while I was sleeping
and never went off. Call front desk NO answer. went
down to front desk. Did not took any action or sent
someone to fix the problem. I just left the property.
- This property need to be shut down and renovate and
replace the staff one who care for guest.
- I would NOT recommend this property to anyone and I
will not stay at this property at all even the
management, staff, or resolve all the issue.
FOR ME THIS PROPERTY IS DOWNGRADED
Spent 2 night for the price I paid I could have stay in better hotel and better place.
I was visiting my daughter at Brown University for the weekend and I had the Worst experience of life and worst hotel I stay and spent 2 night with that price I could have stayed in much better. I booked it closed to school
