"Excellent location attached to Asok sky train station and T21 shopping mall. Spacious gym and pool area. Wonderful view of the Bangkok skyline. The only problem we had was a light in the room entryway with no off switch (we tried every switch we could find), i eventually had to unscrew the light bulb at 2am to try and get some sleep. Wish I'd thought of it a few hours earlier."

"If I owned this property I would tear my hair in frustration. As a customer, its just a little frustration at check in/out and then its all OK. Hotel has a long front desk with a lot of staff. The checkin process is incredibly slow, with endelss fiddling with papers, copying, typing in computers etc. If they had a more efficient system, they could do with half the staff. Once checked in, Hotel is nice and has a good gym, a nice pool area, and spacious rooms and common areas. Breakfast is very busy but was worth it, with a lot of selection. "
