"The staff at the Movenpick were so kind to us and helpful with all of our requests. We loved the pool, the chocolate hour, and the clean room. If I had one small issue it was that our key cards kept deactivating, making us need to ask for help with getting in the room several times - I'd suggest the hotel looks into getting this fixed. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay. Very grateful to the staff for their hard work and the great job they do. "
