"Loved it except the service was slow"

"I needed a place near the airport. I picked this one originally because it had a shuttle to the airport though I ended up not needing it. The hotel was quiet - though there were some people with very loud vehicles about 10 pm, but it was quite before and after that. Very clean. Friendly staff. I wish I could have stayed for breakfast but I had to leave by 4:30 am. "

"Front of A/C hanging over towards floor had to hold it up with table. a/c filter terribly dirty. Four lamps in room only two working. I went an asked for two bulbs. This took care of one but not the other. Towel rack broken from wall on one side. Nice Staff, grounds clean and area quiet. "

"Very beautiful hotel right on Beale Street. The facility was well maintained with beautiful rooms. The beds were comfortable and the shower was spa-like. Would definitely stay again! "
